Although the staff was very pleasant theres serious problems with service. I have only been there twice and will not return due to incompetence. Took my dog buddy in for his rabies first time I was there. What did they do gave him 2 vaccine we didn't ask for. Only found out of the mistake when we went to have him groomed and on his paperwork there was no rabies vaccine. So I was billed for 2 vaccines I never asked for. All I got was a sorry and to bring him back in for his rabies. Also my dog isn't nurtured and the paper work said he was. Pretty obvious he isn't. Then the second vist we took him got his rabies. A couple weeks later I get a call saying he needed his sutures out. Obviously he had no sutures. So in two visits he was given the wrong vaccines. Messed up his vet records and called us for something he didn't need. Cost me extra money for vaccines he didn't need and miss time at work. If you dont mind incompetency then go here but If your someone who expects there vets to be held at the standards as all medical professionals then I would say go somewhere else. read more

My heart is absolutely shattered. My dad has taken our dog Asher here for years and two weeks ago he brought her in to be looked at because we were all very concerned for her, the doctors brushed it off and said she just had arthritis. However last night she wasn't doing good at all she was rush to buffalo where the doctors there told us it was impossible for her to have arthritis and that she had cancer and one of the tumors burst and she had blood in her stomach! I am absolutely disgusted with this place and the treatment our our family dog!! Do not bring your pets here! We will be contacting our lawyer! UPDATE!! (We have now lost 3 of our fur babies due to the neglagence of this vet. They told us our cats had a form of covid and pressuered us to put our cats down, when we recieve the records of our cats they tested negative for this virus and our male cat was given a shot for heart worms and pregnancy which non he had. What the hell is wrong with you people i cannot even fathom the lack of empothy and the lack of willingness to do you jobs properly. We moved to Frewsburg a little over a year ago. I was so thankful that Falconer Veterinary Clinic took us on! I have 2 mischievous barn cats that when they were kittens they were always getting into something!! Well , one morning letting out my draft horse our kitten Cream ran right in front of the hoof as it was coming down and gave him a compound break. Dr. Mary took us right away and in the midst of all this Creams brother Cookies got a wound on his side so off we all went. She had to amputate his leg and kept both of them for me for 10 days as I was getting ready to go on vacation the next day. I love that they love every patient and family as their own Dr. Mary also takes care of our dogs Ginger the Husky, Harley the Australian Shepherd and HoneyBee (or HoneyBeast because she rules the big dogs!!) I love this veterinary clinic and it's staff! Her prices are reasonable and if you get the answering machine just leave a message. They ALWAYS, call me back within the hour of leaving them a message. Heck, I leave messages when the clinic is closed and they get back to me the next morning unless it's an emergency I usually get a call back pretty quickly You can't go wrong choosing this clinic read more

We drive over an hour each way to bring our dog to this clinic, passing dozens of other vets along the way, because it's such a special place. My family has been going here for a long time. Treatment of our animals has been great. Trying to get ahold of them is a nightmare. Been trying to get ahold of them but it's always busy. When I finally go through I had to leave a voicemail. Next morning I stepped out for 2 Minutes! That's when they called me back. Tried calling back immediately and busy signal again. Called 20 times. My mother took our sick Shih Tzu Mitzi to Falconer Veterinary Clinic and their "care" for Mitzi basically consisted of force feeding and medicating with no follow up or communication about her condition whatsoever. Even as Mitzi's condition worsened, not once did Dr. Mary Fales attempt to contact or communicate with my mom despite repeated attempts by my mom (emails, messages, voicemails) to speak with her about the condition of Mitzi. Needless to say, this type of behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. My mother did take Mitzi to a different vet but it was unfortunately too late to save her, we can't help but feel the neglect by Dr. Mary Fales and her staff cost Mitzi her life, she was only 5. read more

I was horrified by the treatment I received at falconer Veterinary Clinic. My healthy, 5 year old Shih Tzu named Mitzi became suddenly ill so I had brought her in to see Dr. Mary Fales. They kept Mitzi overnight for two nights and not once could the vet be bothered to speak to me. I had visited the office, called multiple times, emailed, and left messages on Dr. Mary Fales cell phone-- all left unanswered. The secretary even discouraged me from coming in to visit my sick dog. On the third day of the vet being too busy to be bothered with reaching out to me, I took Mitzi to Jamestown Veterinary Hospital. They offered Mitzi and I more comfort and love in one day than I had received from Dr. Mary Fales in three days. Mitzi passed away 24 hours after I left Falconer Veterinary Clinic and I feel heartbroken by the fact that Dr. Mary Fales had given me no medical advice, support, or comfort while I trusted her with my dog's care. I would never recommend Falconer Veterinary Clinic to anyone due to their lack of professionalism and courtesy. I wasn't asking for a miracle, but I was looking for vet who knew how to handle a sick dog in an appropriate and compassionate way. read more
