The staff is always professional and friendly atop that. My visits have always been with Dr. Kruzer. You can tell that she is excited and passionate about her work. She explains everything in a clear and understandable manner and she always invites questions about anything that you might not understand. They were nice I didn't want my eyes dilated so I paid the 45.00 that insurance wont pay. Then comes time to choose what numbers I should say is the best I was helped by the dr. He said before he even checked he knows I have cataracts I said how do you know that he said anyone over 50 has them ..... he says my eyes are not perfect ... 20/30 well at 64 nothing is "perfect ". I had friends in grade school with that vision. Anyway I was SOLD glasses for reading I said I want the cheapest as I rarely wear glasses and have some that do the trick . I was pointed to the section for cheapest frames .... I find out from my insurance that they were almost 400.00 . WOW!!! For reading .... He said nothing needs to be done about my "cataract " that I have because I am over 50. The guy never got up from his chair to help me choose frames . I was told it would take 2 weeks I was never called . I called them past 2 weeks first I was told the person was busy I needed to speak with when I said look you have had my 190.00 for over 2 weeks suddenly he said my glasses came that day ... it was 9:00 am ... this is my second rip off when I went 24 years ago I was given glasses way too strong and told I would grow into ... I am still waiting . Not sure where to try the next time .

Today, I received an itemized statement from my insurance and saw Clarkson charged me for a contact fitting which I never had at my annual check up on March 10, this year. My prescription did not change. When I called Billing for help, I waited forever, lots of background noise, hard-to-understand representative, and then we were cut off and she never called me back. Terrible service and wrong charges. Watch your billing! Now, I have to make a trip to Clarkson and probably will get the run around.

Asked them to run it is credit and they refused. Called the insurance company who said I could use that card anywhere. I get if they don't want my business but why give me the runaround?
