Really good service and communication from Noel. I contacted Noel thru Yelp because I had water damage on the drywall in my kitchen and a couple bedrooms near the vents. Even though he was on vacation, he still took my call to coordinate a time for him to come assess the damage and give me a quote. This man was ready to work! They identified an issue in our ducting, resolved the issue and repaired/replaced our drywall. They did a great job and kept me updated along the way. They even repaired some floor tiles that were popping out of place, all this for a very reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Noel and his services. So we come home Friday night to find a steady drip of water coming from our ceiling. I contacted Noel from 24/7 Saturday morning and he called back in less than an hour. Told him the problem and he had a crew out to our home that same Saturday afternoon. These three gentlemen worked till almost 9pm to cut through our ceiling, figure out the leak, fix the problem, patch the hole in the ceiling with new drywall, and also in the bathroom where they had to cut away to get to the leaking pipe. Louis came back Sunday to sand, texture and paint the repaired drywall. The work was more than reasonably priced, the patched ceiling is hardly noticeable. The only good thing about this handyman was his response time. I don't recommend this guy!!! He left my house worst than before. Overcharged and also sexist ! He kept only wanting to communicate with my partner (male) and not me (female)! Little does he know I make the final decision. I had interior water damage that he said he would fix but ended up making it look worse than before. Honestly it seemed like he was just on YouTube trying to find out what to do. UNETICAL Good impression at first, dissapointed at the end. He came home 2 weeks in a raw to complete different task, he charged 200 dlls each time. First time he came he completed the job and I zelle him 200 dlls no problem. The second time my husband was home and he tried to pay but "appearently" Zelle wasn't working and he couldn't receive the money, my husband tried from 2 different accounts and supposedly didn't go through my husband barely ever uses Zelle he is Venmo guy.
