Unfortunately, my most recent visit will be the reason I won't be returning. I went in to purchase a new gem ring and some stones, and after checking out, I got in line for a tarot card reading. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes. During that time, I noticed every other customer being helped without issue. I was also the only African American customer there. When it was finally my turn, the reader immediately asked me to show proof of payment. Customers are required to pay beforehand which I had already done and I didn't see her ask anyone else for a receipt. The request felt targeted, and the energy shifted from that moment on. I ultimately felt uncomfortable enough to ask for a refund. While my past visits were positive, this experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Because of that, I will not be returning to this location.

For my experience I thought this was every penny. I am extremely surprised by how accurate all of the details were during the reading things that no one could have picked up on (air duct cleaning for instance as a home improvement) and other items that will remained disclosed. At the end we were able to stick around for a few minutes as a group and have an open forum with crystal and her team. I think one of the owners must make the candles . I have been buying the tea lights for me and my mom, a great deal at three for a dollar. They come in different scents and they have pumpkin and apple scents for fall. They also have crystals, incense, books, stained glass, essential oils and tarot decks. They have readers at the store on a regular basis for those needing a reading .For those that are fans of the wild berry incense they have that brand., personally I prefer Satya incense but a lot of people love wiildberry incense. They did have a bit of satya too. The people working there were warm and friendly, answered all my questions and it felt like they trusted me and wanted my business. They have a great selection of books, puzzles, games, stationery, and all kinds of unique items…read more It's easy to spend hours browsing, especially with a Starbucks conveniently located inside the store. The only thing I would suggest is having more employees available on the sales floor to assist customers when needed. Overall, it's a fun place to explore, and there's something for everyone.
