I tried to resolve things directly with Luis with numerous communication attempts before posting, but unfortunately, it's clear that loyal, quick-paying customers are disposable to Harvest Electrical Solutions these days. I've used Harvest Electrical Solutions for four different projects this year and spent just over $3,000. When I first started working with Luis, he was responsive and dependable, but that appears to have changed. Each project took longer to schedule, communication dropped off, and the last job was left **unfinished**. The last project included a few hours of panel work to rewire everything and add a ground bar, which resulted in all my breakers being jumbled up and mislabeled. Due to a more pressing emergency service call, he said he'd need to come back to relabel everything, which was no big deal to me at all. After scheduling a follow-up visit, he sent two guys out on June 6, who performed the panel coordination but left again after communicating that they'd need to create the labeling on a fresh panel and come back to finish once and for all. Since then, I've reached out to Luis six times with no response, which is unacceptable in the service industry. He mentioned multiple times at my house that he's busy with bigger jobs, so I guess it's clear now that smaller customers aren't a priority anymore. The reason I'm leaving a review here is that I'm now paying another electrician to finish what Harvest Electrical Solutions started. There are too many electrical contractors in the Houston area to deal with something as small as this, so hopefully this review prevents at least one person from experiencing the same thing. Very unprofessional way to treat repeat customers.

Luis and his crew with Harvest Electrical Solutions did a great job of replacing my outdated 4 Ft…read more T12 Florescent tubes with Ballast Bypass T8 LED tubes. I live in the Champions area and he was on time and explained everything he was doing. Within 2 hours the bulbs were replaced and the light output by the LED tubes is far superior to the old florescent tubes. Luis even took the old tubes and ballasts away to be disposed of in a proper way. Luis will be doing a 30Amp Generator inlet plug and lockout for my panel in the near future. While the lighting fixtures and overall workmanship was good with this company, their…read moreresponsiveness and ability to professionally schedule the project and needed follow up was well below expectations. They were very responsive on coming out initially to look at what was needed and preparing a quote. But once a deposit payment was made, they failed to arrive when first scheduled, and did not follow up with us to advise of such, just did not show up. Then after several delays and having to regretfully threaten reversing the deposit and cancelling the project, they arrived and did the installation. During the installation, there seemed to be a considerable disconnect on what was needed material wise and what they brought to the site. The onsite technican needed to resolve with their office and returned another day to complete the installation. At the conclusion of that, the final payment was promptly issued to Majestic Lighting for the full balance due. Then we noticed that one of the transformers they used would be operate as intended. A call was put to Majestic Lighting asking for support with this. I was asked to go to the box, open it up, and flip the internal breaker. No problem here and it resolved the issue, but only for that one evening. The breaker would continuously trip meaning either the transformer had an internal defect or something in the installation was causing it to trip. I called Majestic LIghting, they said they would come out to investigate the problem, but they never did. For several weeks now I am calling and texting (their preferred communication style) and no response, no call backs, and no return to resolve the issue. Project is not working and they have been fully paid but they are not properly taking care of the situation. Having to escalate the manner further. I would caution current and new potential customers against making full payments until the system is proven to be fully operational and reliable. For the amount we are asked to pay for their services, the level of detail, professionalism, and responsiveness should be much better than what I have received. Again while happy with the overall installation other than the part that is not currently working, and I am very disappointed in how they run their business and how they treat paying customers. I am giving two stars because of the quality of the lighting fixtures, but I would only give one start if I was only evaluating the overall business and how they treat customers. Use caution.
