    Don't WASTE your time! Unless you are furnishing multiple house or luxury apartments, commercial sales, they DO NOT want you business. After 17 years I needed to replace my kitchen sink faucet. As a contractor, retirement job, I had visited the store once before. The showroom is impressive. Not one person offered to help me that first visit so I bought the fixture for a 7,900 sq. ft. home elsewhere. This time it was personal. Today, I needed one fixture only and I wanted a high quality product for my own, smaller home. Because of my previous experience, when the receptionist greeted me this time, I explained what I needed. She contacted a sales lady. While I waited I explained my previous experience and as I walked towards the displays I mentioned that I noticed that the reviews on Yelp were bad. Her words exactly, with a frown said "That's just Yelp,' you know how they are." She left her sentence hanging as I walked away. I never mentioned that I would be reviewing the store later. From there, things went as expected. I browsed, with my sales lady's help, to choose a fixture. I purchased the fixture and it was ordered. The next day, I showed a picture of my purchase to my personal assistant. I am totally colorblind and I had bought the wrong color. I called to let them know that I would be coming in to do the paperwork to exchange for another faucet. I asked if I could make an appointment with my sales lady. I was told that I could not. So I waited a couple of days, and at a time I didn't expect them to be busy I called again. Once again I asked about an appointment. Same response. I explained that I could be there in 10 minutes. Although she was "available," nope! I asked the lady to please let her know I was on my way and that I would be there in 10 minutes. I arrived in less than 10 minutes.When I walked in and asked for my lady, I was told, she just went in with a client. Furthermore I was told it would be awhile before someone would be available. I was furious and reminded her "I just called!" She seemed to care less. I showed her my paperwork and cancelled my order. I found the exact same part # item but in the correct color, for slightly less money on Amazon. I also verified the price difference wasn't because of the color change. This is pretty much what others have said too. People pretending not to see you, much less help you. Now, I'm in the process of remodeling my master bath. While the showroom is nice for ideas, I just went online to their website browsed for ideas and then ordered $3,749.00 from Amazon. This was the ONLY good thing I can say about the 3 visits I have made to this store... just don't go!

They delivered it and we realized the spin cycle didn't work, we tried everything and then went to the Lowe's in Tomball to exchange it. We were told the same washer was in stock and we would receive a replacement next day. We get a call later that night saying they are 650 back ordered from the factory. (How that mistake could have been made, is beyond me) We called and called trying to scramble and figure out what we could do to get it replaced without buying a brand new washer outright and waiting 10 days for a refund. Mind you, my girlfriend is an RN, working on a Covid floor at the moment, so as you can imagine, a washer is of very very high importance to us. No call back from Lowe's in Tomball. Fast forward- I called Lowe's in College park, Johnny in appliances took the phone, he heard me out and understood why I was desperate. He worked for days to find me a washer that was in stock, calling me, sending me item numbers until I was satisfied. Every bump in the road, whether it I was out of our price range or it was out of stock, he continued to plug in just to help me ON A WASHER HE DIDN'T EVEN SELL ME. He told me that he found one that was about 100 bucks more than I paid for mine but his store manager, Jeremiah approved it and we would send it out NEXT DAY. His customer service blew me away and I could tell he honestly cared about the fact that we were essential workers who needed a washer ASAP. Lowe's is lucky to have Johnny and Jeremiah, they helped me more than anyone can understand. The new washer came in and it's beautiful and works amazing. Go see them. They will forever have my business. And still.. no call back from Lowe's Tomball.

We bought a nice fridge here because after 10 years everything starts to break down (nothing lasts anymore) and in Texas we had our power go out 19x in 10 years and do you know what that does to your electronics? Ugh it can fry them if you don't have surge protectors! So don't forget to pick up some surge protectors after you buy your fridge or washer and dryer! Use them to connect anything from your sprinkler system, TV, computer, microwave, electric piano, anything you don't want ruined from this crappy grid system in Texas!!! Ugh Lord help me!

He gave me a clear diagnosis and explained that the evaporator coils or air vents become blocked by a solid mass of ice, preventing cold air from circulating. He used a handheld steamer to quickly and safely melt away the ice blocking the evaporator coils and internal vents; however, it didn't work. He later instructed me to unplug the refrigerator, leave the doors open for 24 hours, then turn it back on the next day for 12 hours. I was happy to see my refrigerator fixed and cooling again. I recommend Kelly for your appliance repair.

I popped on Yelped, searched appliance repair, and it was very obvious that I should reach out to KrisKelly first, based on the great reviews. I submitted a request-a-quote on Yelp on a Sunday afternoon, and heard back Monday morning. By Thursday, there was someone at my house and my dryer was fixed within about half an hour. The service guy even gave me some great tips on maintaining my washer, dryer and other appliances for the future. It sucks to need an appliance repaired, but when you can get the problem resolved as quickly and as pain free as possible, it's such a relief. That's exactly what happened here. This will definitely be my first call next time it happens (hopefully not for many years).

    At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out…read morebathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.
