I am writing this review because the stylist completely ruined my daughter's graduation day. My…read moredaughter, who is 11 years old, was graduating from elementary school today, and her hair appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. The appointment was canceled after 45 minutes of waiting. We arrived at 4:04 PM and were told the stylist was running about 20 minutes behind because she was still working on another customer. We waited patiently, but the delay became more than 30 minutes. Another stylist even approached us and asked, "How can I help you?" However, the stylist assigned to us interrupted and said we were her clients and that she was "almost done," preventing the other stylist from helping us. I clearly explained that we needed to leave within 30 minutes because my daughter's graduation party had already been planned and booked. Despite this, the stylist continued to ignore us and made no effort to accommodate the situation. After waiting even longer, I finally asked, "How much longer do we need to wait?" At that point, the stylist abruptly canceled our appointment and accused us of "checking your phone too much." She also claimed that my daughter "hopped into my working area" and called her behavior "disturbing." My daughter had simply been standing quietly beside me reading her Kindle for over 30 minutes while we waited. No one even offered us a seat, despite multiple empty chairs being available throughout the salon. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The stylist verbally attacked my child and ruined an important and special day for our family. We will be requesting CCTV footage to verify these false accusations and are prepared to pursue further action regarding the verbal mistreatment of my child. When I asked to speak with the manager, the stylist responded, "I am the manager. You can Google HR. You can't sue me." She stated her name was Jayd. I also attempted to call 877-319-3919, but no one answered. Please contact me if you read this message. Absolutely unacceptable behavior toward a child and toward paying customers.

I won't comment on my result since someone doing your hair for the first time is going in blind (and I've had people who have done mine several times come out looking like they're going in blind). But it definitely did look awesome. It's quaint, but they offer you drinks (even wine). My one complaint would be the space is too small. Every station was taken and they were even sharing stations (not in a weird way AT ALL) just to get someone in the chair, in the dryer and in the sink. But overall experience was definitely higher end and I will be back (hopefully with Hannah). I do miss the days of living in the city and having one person completely dedicated to color and another completely dedicated to style...that being said they don't have the space for that so not going to try to say something negative about that. The atmosphere is so relaxing! All the staff (and other customers) were so friendly and I felt like I've been going there for years.
