We enjoy coming here with our boys. They have some built up/used/second lego sets for sale for a decent price- some parts are missing or they use a different color scheme. My son likes coming here to buy random lego pieces to add and use for his sets. They also have a decent amount of newer lego sets for sale. Service is great and they are always so friendly. Kids would love it and parents would appreciate the nostalgic atmosphere.

I love Lego. As I had been to the Bricks and Minifigs in Texas, I had to drop-by the one in Vegas. I love to find retired sets at such stores but to my surprise, there were only a small handful of those. There was also a small selection of build-it-yourself minifig too. The only item I was impressed by, was the signature "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign made using Lego bricks.

Bricks and Minifigs is a store dedicated to lego lovers, adults and children alike. They have really nice staff and a really nice size selection of options to choose from. And if you're only looking for a small amount of Lego pieces to complete whatever you're currently working on/building. They have a Lego area filled with Lego pieces of various shapes, colors and sizes to choose from. There are small tubs for $8 and large tubs for $14 that you can fill up and purchase. The only catch is they come with lids and it has to fit over the cup. But other than that you can grab as many pieces as your heart desires or as many as your set needs. We are very satisfied with our purchase today and recommend to anyone who is a Lego enthusiast.

Such a cool place to go and check out! You can buy/sell/trade legos and they have so many options to look through and you can build your own bulk bricks $8 for a small tub, $14 for a large tub, $25 for a small bag, $50 for a medium bag and $90 for a large bag! They gave out 100 free Minifigs for the first 100 customers! And they have a raffle for the Millennium Falcon and the Daily Bugle!

We love sifting through the giant table of loose Lego pieces finding just the ones we need to complete a project. Bricks and minifigs is a sweet small biz we love supporting. The kids really love creating their own minifigs and finding new, unique sets.

Great place to buy legos . Prices are a little high but worth it

My husband is a big Gundam fan, and while exploring the area, he found this amazing little shop just off the Strip. As soon as we walked in, I could tell he was in heaven--it was like watching a kid in a candy store! The shop had a fantastic variety of Gundam kits, including models from Japan and another section from China. The collection was so well-organized and fun to explore. While we were shopping, my husband noticed that some of the same kits he had purchased online before were priced about $15-$20 less elsewhere. But even knowing that, he didn't hesitate--he wanted to support this small, local business. That meant a lot to both of us, especially after learning the shop is backed by its own tight-knit community. "Locals supporting locals" is something we value. The staff were also genuinely kind and welcoming. I wish I remembered their names--they made the experience even more enjoyable. We ended up buying quite a few kits and were concerned about how we'd get them all back to San Francisco. Fortunately, they offered shipping, and everything arrived quickly and was packed with such great care. We also noticed they were selling some awesome shirts and learned that the artwork was created by one of their community members. The designs were so cool and creative that we decided to purchase a few. We actually came back for a second visit during our second trip to Vegas--and, of course, picked up even more Gundam kits and shirts. With recent tariffs being added to imports, we wouldn't be surprised if prices go up by the time we're back in August. So honestly, what we paid might end up being a deal! If you're a Gundam fan or just love supporting genuine, community-driven small businesses, Downtown Hobby 9 is absolutely worth a visit. We're already looking forward to stopping by again on our next trip--stay tuned!

Hubby was mad. I have to agree with him. This is False Advertising. Shady. Shame on you, Hobby Lobby. I really don't like when stores pull the switch-a-roo. Too bad, I used to like this store. The store used to have Sales. There used to be a 40% off coupon in the Weekly Ad. The t-shirts (for tie-dye) used to be $2.99. Then, things changed. Guess 'cause Joann's closed (you thought you'd have the market). But Michaels is still an option. Better yet, go across the street to Wal-mart, if you're not too picky with crafting needs.

Meet me in Tokyo!…read more Tokyo is a beautiful city, it is relatively small but compared to other cultures has brought so much innovation to the world just based on their art, values, and culture. As Americans we are a world away from this island. But a little piece of Tokyo can be found here in these stores. Learning is a skill that one should never forget. Come in and see what you can learn about yourself from the experience you have in this store. Many of these stores share their products from Tokyo for you to try out. Let's not be so closed minded. The products that they sell come from Japan. The range of products they carry is amazing. They have aisle after aisle of food, beauty, home, toys, and many other products that you have to see to understand. Expand your knowledge and horizons by seeing how you can see how other people live through their own eyes. Live through their experiences. Like most Americans of this great nation, we are a melting pot of history. "I have a dream," that dream is to have everyone feel included and inclusive. A dream where our ideas can mesh together and create something unique and meaningful. Walk among the aisles and try something that an individual human being uses but with a different perspective or packaging. Eat something that is unique and not customary to your diet. You might be surprised and discover something new about another culture and their perspective of the world. See you just learned something new. Knowledge is power. Knowing how the world works makes us better understanding to those around us. Whenever we shop here we sample the beauty products from Japan. They offer so many options to choose from. While I cannot understand or speak Japanese the products they sell are of the highest quality . Who does not love the rich colors they use in their inspiring art they create. The dragon that products the home from evil spirits. The lucky cat that can bring prosperity to you and your family. Believing is what starts the process.
