I contacted Smart Bubble while en route to my sons in Little Rock, thinking there was a physical location or shop, not realizing the small business provided on site repair service's. I was so happy when I arrived at my son's house in Little Rock to realize that a repair technician will come right to my son's driveway to provide an actual tuneup on my vehicle. I honestly didn't mind paying for parts and half of the labor up front. The technician showed up the next morning, a half hour late, but I didn't mind waiting. The technician had the job done in 1.5 hrs. The other auto repair shops that I've stopped at had always quoted a three hour job. (Go figure) When the technician "Chance" was finished, he encouraged me to test drive my vehicle to make sure everything was in working order before he left and it was. I don't understand the negative reviews, this small business is fabulous. Also, for the one review listed about the hail damage, Smart bubble does not do auto body repairs, that is work for an auto body shop or collision center. Thank you Smart Bubble Auto Repair, I'm ready to hit the road again without worry.

I went to Cross Tire Pros to get a four wheel alignment. I was going to wait for the work and was…read moretold it would take about an hour and 20 minutes and how much it would cost. While I was waiting a woman came in to get her oil changed. She sat down and about five minutes later the tech came over and told her that there was a mistake and her car didn't need to have the oil changed for another 3000 miles. He also said they checked the oil and it looked nice and clean and sent her on her way. No charge. They finished my alignment in under 40 minutes. They presented me with a computerized report of the before and after alignment, complete with diagrams. The experience and service was top notch and I recommend them to everyone.
