Usually, buying a car is, at best, an annoying process, and at worst, a freaking nightmare (especially for women). This place made it effortless. I didn't feel tense at all. Over the last few years, they've even helped me find the best places to go for other car-related stuff like tires, paint & body, mechanical, etc. (I had a tiny car accident, unfortunately, but my car is fine now). I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. Contacted them and they said there was nothing they could do. If you want quality vehicles, save yourself the headache and financial loss and go to a place where they are honest about the quality of the vehicles they are selling. Trust me. $16,000 is an expensive mistake to make. Edit: looking at the reviews, they are all 6 plus years old. How times have changed.
