    This was my fastest easiest and most honest business I have ever worked with. I was in a situation where I only had a few $1000 to put down on a car and Zuri and Joad worked with me so well. They found the perfect car for me and I am so very happy. The car was clean and exactly as it was shown on the website. I got to test drive a few other cars but made the decision with the Hyundai Alantra 2017. It look like a brand new car and had low mileage. I've had the car for several months and I can't believe the gas mileage is amazing. Best decision ever......I ask them to find me a car that has good gas mileage, but I could not pay too much per month & they worked with me wonderfully. If you are looking for a car or truck, all you have to do is ask these gentlemen exactly what you're looking for and they will find it for you. Upon purchasing vehicle 2 months ago, I have not enjoyed my car buying experience. The vehicle went back 5 times and still leaking oil. First 1st time which was 02/14 I had it diagnosed, and the diagnostic center stated it was the Catalytic Converter, which I think they didn't fix, I believe they just reset the battery. Second time I went to AutoZone 03/04/25 and it still stated Catalytic Converter. Which finally they ended up fixing. Engine light comes on again and another diagnostic 03/16/25 states oil pump is needed. Showed salesman and he crumbled up my document stating AutoZone doesn't know what they are talking about, and threw it in the trash, which I requested him to retrieve for my documentation purposes. During this time, it was mentioned that my oil was leaking tremendously. (Which now I'm fined by HOA because my driveway looks horrible). Just received my car back last week on April 7 and now engine light is back on again, along with leaking oil. Also told them upon getting the car that I was hearing clunking noises on the passenger side in the back, when I turn or go over humps. They never looked into issue and now my mechanic is stating it may be suspension or structs. My 30 warranty is expired now, so now I'm stuck with major car repairs that I have to come out of pocket on. Long story short this is a nightmare that I'm trapped into because the bank still wants their funds.

While I'm ultimately satisfied with my vehicle and appreciative of the support I received from Mr. Abdul and Edward, my overall experience was unfortunately impacted by the conduct of one particular employee. ....Please steer clear of Mrs. Shawn!! She's a scammer, bully, liar and manipulator. She's very deceptive, rude, ghetto and unprofessional. She will finesse & falsify your paperwork and ask for a larger down payment $2000 or more to pocket the money under the table. She will write her friend's name down on your application as if they referred you to also pocket the $500 referral fee fraudulently. Additionally, I believe there may be a concerning connection between Mrs. Shawn, Mrs. Maria, and other individuals in the payments department, raising further questions about her being able to have them print checks on demand. When I brought these concerns to management, rather than being addressed calmly and professionally, Mrs. Shawn reacted with hostility--yelling, getting in my face, and behaving in a manner that I found loud, aggressive, and entirely inappropriate for a customer service setting. Several other staff members appeared visibly uncomfortable, which suggests that this may be a broader issue that warrants further attention. The staff here is literally terrified of this wicked individual. I showed proof, asked for the cameras to be pulled, and she still was still able to manipulate her way out. I respectfully recommend that senior management, particularly Mr. Abdul, review this matter closely. Ensuring integrity and accountability at all levels will help protect future customers from similar experiences and uphold the dealership's reputation. Despite these challenges, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Abdul for eventually taking the time to meet with me and help rectify part of the situation. After multiple visits over a two-week period, he refunded a portion of the funds she pocketed, which I greatly appreciate.

Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!
