Brandon is the owners name, a very UNPROFESSIONAL individual that does half jobs, doesn't pay his employees, can't speak to a client without throwing a spasm, handed my truck out as a "shop project" after making many promises and acting professional, had so much work done and in between I had my whole brake booster and components replaced as well, this guy had a fresh mechanic that only put one nut on the power brake and a month later I lost them going down a hill in Killeen and almost causing a chain reaction an killing 10 innocent families, of course Brandon denies everything but that's because he wasn't the one that did the work and already had that mechanic quit on him due to him not getting paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BRANDON, he will tell you a bunch of sad stories about how long he's been holding the shop down and how his son had cancer er, which by the way he got millions in donations and spent it all like a reckless parent that he is but that's besides the point, the guy is an absolute joke, and his work shows that, even had him fix my AC lines and paid over 300$ only to have them go out again a month later, AN ABSOLUTE JOKE is what this place is, also he's overpriced like crazy so please appreciate your hard earned money and go elsewhere read more

Wow! Brandon and RJ, at Moore Automotive, could not have been more helpful and responsive. They were our saving grace when we had car trouble on Highway I-35. After hitting some debris in the road, our car was making some rough noises-- we pulled off, at the first auto service we could find. RJ and Brandon both took the time, right away, to look at the issue and were able to diagnose it in a matter of minutes. They sent us on to a muffler shop, for the actual repair but, couldn't have been more gracious in detailing the issue, finding a solution and even advising on what our insurance would need, to have that process be successful!
