I didnt get any of the typical email notifications, phone calls or tracking numbers that you normally receive when doing business. I had to initiate all contact. I did receive it though... It was dirty when i got it and had been damaged and then half assed -re/brazed. On top of that, thier repair job broke again in shipment. Karb King asked me to file a claim with usps. I was able to file a claim with usps. usps makes you tell them how much you paid for shipment. Since i wasnt the shipper, i had to guess... Karb King did offer to make things right with me, but i'm choosing to repair it on my own since they clearly never did much in the first place other than make more of a mess of it. It was a recent Saturday morning and the hotel valet service brought the car around and I noticed…read morethat one of the tires was near flat. I had no idea what happened but they had a portable tire inflator and they pumped it back up and checked it for damage and nails but found nothing so I checked the area for the closest tire repair center and we found Albert's. We stopped in on a whim and they got us right in and took a look at the tire and told us the tire pressure sensor was faulty and they were going to try and fix it but if they couldn't fix it they'd have to replace it with a new one. They gave us a price on both repairs and I said whatever you have to do is fine with us. So we relaxed in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes they let us know if they could fix it and about 10 minutes later it was done. The price was great, the service was excellent, and especially for just walking in on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be back if I have any issues with my tires. Thank you so much for your help.
