Real professional people. Highly recommended. Got a NavTool Apple Carplay module for my old Mercedes. Didn't bother installing it myself because the support from NavTool is notoriously minimal. Asked Pittsburgh BestBuy and they said they don't know how to do it (smh). Then I took it to Auto Addictions and they said yeah it's doable. Got the appointment scheduled a week later. Then I dropped the car off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. What I liked the most was their professionalism. They are very knowledgable people and you can tell from the way they talk. NavTool's manual was a total abyss but they somehow managed to install it perfectly (now my old car has CarPlay wooo!). Really, really down-to-details people, made sure that they did not mess things up and kept me posted during the installation. Last but not the least, they charge very reasonably! My wife and I were visiting Pittsburgh this weekend and wanted to get a car alarm installed. After seeing reviews we stopped in this Saturday. They made time for us on short notice and installed a two way viper alarm system with remote starter. They included a blue tooth connection free of charge as a thank you for our business. Our 2015 Equinox was ready to go after they explained the system and set up our phone to control the system remotely. When I am away from Pittsburgh I always brag about how nice the people are and how friendly the city is to guests. Auto Addictions and their staff are exactly what sets Pittsburgh apart from other areas. Everyone that visited the store had only good things to say about their business. I recieved a new CarPlay headunit for a Christmas gift, and messaged the shop about installation on Christmas expecting to get a response on Monday. They messaged me back soon after, telling me to call on Monday to get taken care of. I had a limited time frame to get the unit installed as I live out of town, and with a Monday phonecall I was scheduled the next day and had an accurate price quote for the work to be done. The installation was quick, neat, and problem-free, and a minor issue that arose was fixed over the phone promptly. The team at Auto Addictions did a great job, were professional, and were accomodating of my schedule. Went in for a quote on new head unit, 4 speakers, an amp and a subwoofer for my Jeep. Quote was fair and I was booked within two weeks (only because I wanted a Saturday). Expected it to take a whole Saturday but I dropped it off when they opened and picked it up around 1oclock. Not a single complaint about the installation or the sound. They gave me the stock head unit and two of the speakers as well, but not the other two. Don't know what happened to them but I didn't feel the need to ask. read more

GO THERE AND USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I need to write a review for this establishment because I can't believe how nice these people are. I bought a new radio for my vehicle and noticed the steering wheel controls only scanned stations, it didn't move to the next preset station. When I called about it, Austin told me to come back anytime and they would change the default so it would work per my desires. I finally came back in (about 3 weeks later) and they went to work to fix the steering wheel controls. Austin came out and told me they couldn't fix it because my car controls weren't compatible. He didn't understand so he tried and tried again then called the company only to find out it couldn't be done with my car (which never happened to them before). To solve this problem, they removed my radio and put a new one in for me. I was completely refunded for my first purchase and there was no charge for the additional labor. They wanted me to be very happy and I am! I can't say enough about these men. Who does that anymore? They took back my (essentially) used radio and replaced it for me only charging the difference in cost of the two radios. Plus they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle. Seriously, who are these people? I will go out of my way and recommend them to everyone I know. You won't be sorry with anything they do for you. read more

I started dealing with this shop 5 1/2 yrs ago and I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. They are the only shop that i felt comfortable enough to work on my tractor trailers. And over the yrs I've in a two Avalon's, two Kenworth's, two Cummins pickup trucks, a Tahoe, and my Harley. Over the yrs they gained my trust and I have a personal relationship with the owner/Mark and his staff consisting of Tyler and Austin. The work I had done over the yrs has included tint, stereo upgrades, remote start, LED foglight kits, and tire and wheel upgrades. What's most important is I only had one problem and they made it right without an upcharge. It was only a bad foglight but it's the little things that matter the most. Matter of fact the just squeezed me in and did a tint job, subwoofer upgrade, foglight upgrade, and remote start on my 2015 Toyota Avalon. I couldn't be happier with they guys. Be a car guy all my life this place has become home for my car, truck, and Harley needs. read more
