Long story short- they gave me a full detailed estimate for everything- detailing all parts and labor. Once the car was in, they updated my progress throughout the day (with pics!) and they completed all the work in one (long) day. Final price was almost the exact estimate, plus a fuel cleaner, extra fluid and a small 'shop supplies' percentage. Upon driving the car out, I could feel immediate improvement and even picked up improved gas mileage (noticed on a 350 mile drive the next day- finished with just under a 1/4 tank remaining). It's literally has no more low-rpm vibration/rough idle and is smooth across the full rev range. I waited 50K to perform this service and will definitely be back every 30K from here on out.
