There are also air compressor nozzles to loosen the dirt. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. If you are overly worried about your cars paint you should be handwashing. If you have an issue with a business employing young people, go somewhere else. If you have an excessively dirty car, you can't expect any automated car wash to get everything off.
