She broke her passenger-side tail light; and it had to be replaced immediately that day, or there would be no wedding bliss. After looking him up on Yelp, I called up Mark. They did their diagnosis. I was really happy they fixed the issue with the smell but even though they replaced the spark plugs, my RPMs are still off. Reluctantly, I went in and they took my van for 15 minutes, gave me a quote that was $250 higher than another company. I went to the cashier to pay and the price jumped to $72 and some change. I asked what their tax rate is. He said that the extra $5 was for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used to look at a vehicle? Why wouldn't you tell someone before performing the service? I wouldn't trust these guys.
