I'm a big fan of this place; super professional and fair. I was driving across the country and had seen 3 mechanics. I found Yinglings online on my route and decided to try a 4th to fix the battery problem in my RV. They got me in the same day, identified the issue, worked quickly and ended charging me $400 less than they thought it was going to be because of finding a different part... didn't even accept a tip. Very honest. Also, they were very good about social distancing and wearing masks, which made me feel good. And, even offered to let me sleep in my self-contained RV in the parking lot. I brought my car to Yingling's because it was pulling to the right. After three visits, multiple repair attempts, several hours waiting, and thousands of dollars in repairs, the problem was never fixed. Both an employee and the manager rode with me and acknowledged that the car was pulling, but the next day they walked that back and claimed it was just following the road. I was also told twice that the problem had been fixed when it had not been. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them. read more

I used to go to another place for a couple of years and sadly they were dishonest about what my car needed to be fixed. Fast forward to last week when my car suddenly died. I didn't know where I could take it to since my faith in mechanics had diminished. My co-worker recommended Yingling's and I am grateful that I brought my vehicle here. Pete was so nice and professional. They fixed the issues I had and my car runs great. I plan to continue my basic maintenance with them and would highly recommend people to come here. They replaced my water pump, timing belt and spark plugs and when I told my dad the cost, he was surprised at how much lower it was. Most places would have been much higher but you're mainly paying for honesty and good work. You can't put a cost on that. They will definitely have my business in the future. Took truck in at 7am for a scheduled tire change and alignment. I called at 4pm because I hadn't heard anything and was told by one service manager that the technician never got the work order, and I'm told by another service manager that the one technician got so busy they never got to it. Had to drive back into town to pick truck up without any work done, then was told that they could've done it at 4pm but "didnt know if I was enroute to pick it up". Never once called me when they had my phone number. Bring it back at 7am next day and stay in-store to make sure it gets done, and 4.5 hrs LATER they finish it. Was told while waiting by a service manager that "the work order should've been sent at 9am yesterday, I'm sorry". I waited almost 14 hrs for a tire change and an alignment because of your mistake. Don't worry though, you still got paid. You've lost my family's business. read more

I want to say that I came to Yingling's Auto service and spent close to $3000 and 4 weeks without a vehicle (thus a rental - an additional $500 expense) while they guessed at the cause of my vehicle's issue by two mechanics . I should say $800 of the $3000 was to check and incorrectly determine a part was functioning and good shape. After the third trip to that shop without a resolve, I contacted the local dealer; who knew exactly what the issue was with in 5 minutes talking with me at check-in, confirmed by testing and repaired my vehicle within 1 hour (Dealer's diagnostics, parts and labor - $350 TOTAL): the same part that had cost $800 to be incorrectly evaluated, not replaced and not repaired. After taking the vehicle to the dealership, it now runs like new at 1/10th the cost of Yingling's billings without resolve. The person that referred me is now a customer of the dealership that correctly diagnosed and resolved my problem. read more

Stop going to convenience auto "box store" shops. Check Yinglings website and read their mission statement. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. Ie. Local dealership wanted over 500 for a oil sending unit/sensor for my truck and Yinglings repaired it for 220.00 how about that! read more

A friend recommended Yingling's to me, and he was right. Yingling's does good work and has honest mechanics. They made sure I was not driving on unsafe tires when I called to schedule an appointment and got me in the same day. After thinking I needed four new tires, I was told I needed one tire repaired and the others were overinflated. Oops. I will be going back to Yingling's for all my car maintenance now. read more

Hell ya, I'll give this business 5 stars, more if permitted. Perhaps it is my euphoria of just meeting the twon truck guy in the parking lot of Super 8 to tow my car to the garage with what I thought would be $$$$. Instead, this awesome gentleman did a check under the hood and bottom of the front end. Sure enough, it turned out to be the remnants of a broken off dust shield! WOW.... Great service and really friendly staff (they gave me a free ride home).. Yet just a heads up for consideration. They charged me $125 just to diagnose the problem which also includes looking for other problems in my vehicle. Then they quoted me an additional $667 to replace a bad fuel pump on my truck. They told me that their serve was guaranteed for 35000 miles, and that they had been around for 60 years. read more

He found the exact truck that I was looking for, and even found the correct color, (2014 Dodge Ram Sport Crew Cab, 6.5' bed Dark Grey) he then went above and beyond, not only did he find my vehicle, he found one a year newer for the same price, that I was willing to pay for a 2014 model. He was very patient, as I need a bit of time to come up with the down payment and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. Terrible service. Gave me a price quote of $50 on a standard maintenance job over the phone, once I arrived they had changed the quote to $75-$100. At this point I wasn't happy but decided I would go ahead rather than try and schedule some other shop. A couple hours later I got a call saying the job was much harder and it would run $200-$300, they asked if they should continue or just stop. At this point I was not willing to do it. So I told them to just close the hood and stop. I got another call 15 min later, "well we are already in there so will go ahead and do it for the $100. Fine. At this point I just want my car back. I arrive back to pick up the car and pay the bill. The guy at the counter starts to go over it and it's in the $130s. $12 of that was "shop fees" for paper towels. I don't remember what the other was. This was a simple job (like a flush or coolant change.) Needless to say I am not going back. They get you in the shop and try and tell you how bad it is and raise the price. Dishonest. read more
