They got me in the same day, identified the issue, worked quickly and ended charging me $400 less than they thought it was going to be because of finding a different part... didn't even accept a tip. Very honest. Also, they were very good about social distancing and wearing masks, which made me feel good. And, even offered to let me sleep in my self-contained RV in the parking lot. Both an employee and the manager rode with me and acknowledged that the car was pulling, but the next day they walked that back and claimed it was just following the road. I was also told twice that the problem had been fixed when it had not been. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

I felt like an idiot but they were so understanding, I was just happy I could give them a good laugh that day. We were not disappointed- Mike, Mark and the team ran a detailed diagnostic of the problem, talked us through the necessary repairs - new spark plugs and coils- and got to work on it immediately. They were accommodating to our large family, let us get things out of the RV, so we could spend time at the zoo while we waited, and had us back on the road 4-5 hours later. They personally called us a couple of hours later to make sure all was well. They did their diagnosis. I was really happy they fixed the issue with the smell but even though they replaced the spark plugs, my RPMs are still off. I went to Performance for a second opinion after a dealer's shop (which I had used for over 10…read moreyears) told my wife that her 9 year old SUV needed 4 new struts and 4 new tires for $3,200! Remember, this shop had done all scheduled maintenance, including oil changes for 9 years (and put new tires on less than 4 years ago). Performance did a complete inspection of the SUV, and determined the struts were fine, and the tires good for 5,000 miles! Their report included pictures and measurements, which I appreciate.
