She rudely said they don't provide estimates by phone and I would need an appointment to have this done. I told her the woman I spoke with earlier said they would be happy to do this for me when someone was available. The 2nd woman became argumentative and said the 1st woman was incorrect. I am a past customer of Jones' and they have provided an estimate by phone in the past. Maybe this is something they no longer do, and that's fine, but the attitude and horrible customer service is not. I will no longer do business with Jones'.
