I do not recommend using this store. If you do, be aware of what you're paying for ahead of time. We had the owner of AquaTec replace the medium in the past, but he sold to Culligan. Now, we're not just old customers of the previous owner. We purchased from Culligan an expensive water softener because my husband did not want to do the installation himself. Thus, we are actual customers of Culligan of Tulsa.
