By 3:00 I called her to see if I had to go and get her and leave the car. She was almost done; a worn out drain plug and very slight crack in the seal. Katy managed to save all the good synthetic from a recent change. They checked all the fluids, the brakes, belts, a quick but thorough once-over, and she was back home by 3:30 or so. So what's the big deal, you ask??? You can't find this kind of service from a big dealership. Yes, I've used Kreitzer for probably five years and have developed a relationship with them. Jim and his daughter Katy are great folks, but more importantly, they are the two most professional, trained technicians that I have ever used. I totally trust them, they use top quality MOE parts, and their prices are fair. I would put Katy up against any mechanic anywhere, she is that good! And she keeps meticulous computer records of your vehicle. All the folks there are great.
