They didn't, as they offered about $2000 less than the dealer, however I was impressed by the efficient operation they had. The place was enormous indoors, and there was certainly ample parking. The waiting accomodations were comfortable.It was fairly simple to schedule an appointment online to visit, and the staff were all super pleasant. Within 5 minutes of arrival, my sports car was being inspected by someone who was too bid to get into it without difficulty. He seemed to be taking a plethora of pictures, and kept walking around and around the vehicle out in the parking lot. I honestly don't know how to access the engine, and apparently he didn't either, because he brought it indoors, jacked it up, and was done in minutes after which he vanished into some back room, ostensibly to enter the VIN and do a background check on my little car. If not for the lower price offered by my dealer, I wouldn't have minded selling them my car. Did I mention that you leave with the check? ( I had to wait several days to receive my check in the mail from my dealer). Overall, I was impressed and would recommend if you need to sell and /or purchase a vehicle.
