She was VERY slow to ring in my items - the cashier next to her rang through 4 people in the time I stood there; she hardly spoke a word and didn't look at me once; and when she asked if I'd found everything I wanted and I told her I hadn't, she seemed incredibly disinterested, was insincere in her apologies, and offered me no help in finding what I wanted. I'd been warned about this location before, specifically because of this woman - who it's rumoured is a manager? I take such rumours with a grain of salt, of course, but the very fact that customers are talking about this woman in particular is worrying. If you see a short, 50-ish woman with dark hair and glasses at the cash register... pray you get a different register, or be prepared to waaaaait.

I was making a phone call and when I ended the call I noticed that the man helping my father was being rude and rough with him. He spoke to my father ( a highly educated man) like he was incompetent. This employee was white, tall, looked like he was in his late 20's, well built with blonde hair and I believe he had blue eyes. I didn't want to think this was an act of racism until I saw him go over to the other white customers and treat them kindly and with respect. This employee saw my father who is a person of colour and decided he could speak to him in a disrespectful manner. I am so disappointed and disgusted. We left without buying the suit my father wanted because we did not want to give our money to a store and company who treated us so poorly . Yuck.

After more then a month as it was black Friday sale week on 29th Saturday Nov 2014 i went there again as i am a Fan of Tip top brand i was talking to a lady over there and tried my best to ignore this Guy ALI (the Manager) he came straight and ask me do you need any help i said no thanks the lady is helping me i was with my Wife there. he went to the lady and said do you know what his size is she said yes he told me 42 S. he said dont go for what he said you measure him first and he started to shouting on her infront of me i was not comfortable with it at all and he came to me with his tape and said can i measure you i let him measure me and then it started what i was afraid of ........ he start making me feel a dumb in front of my wife when ever i started to say a word he shut me up by saying YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING I KNOW i tried to tell him that my size is 42 S and he was saying NO you are 44 L i told him that i always buy suits i know my size he get RUDE infront of every one to me and said then I DONT HAVE IT and was keep forcing me to buy what he want. i told him i want a Gray suite and he was giving me a BLACK ONE and when i try to say something he keep insulting me infront of my wife at end i told him dont be rude the way you talk to me is too rude. he started arguing i am a guest service manager my self this guy dont know a single word about Guest services he do need training if as a customer i am afraid to enter this shop and even if the brand love take me in i try my best to hide from him in store i believe there is many more who left tip top because of his behavior. at end i collect a manager Diane Cardwell card from there but there is no email on it I strongly suggest to take serious action on this Manager ALI or kindly send him for Training and if you meet him once you will know what i am talking about. From the start, the staff was extremely pushy. I felt pressured to make a purchase during my initial visit, which made me leave. I eventually returned, tried on some more gowns, and decided on one to purchase. When I came to pick up my gown, things got even worse. I brought my young daughter with me in a stroller to keep her safely contained and respectful of the gowns. Despite this effort, the staff was rude and refused to allow the stroller in the bridal area. They told me to leave my daughter at the front of the store while I went to the back alone--not happening. I was shocked. I understand wanting to keep the store clean, and I had ensured the stroller was clean too. What's upsetting is that instead of politely offering an alternative, they were confrontational and dismissive. Only when I said I would try on the dress at home did they offer to let me use a dressing room on the other side of the store. That solution should have been the first, respectful suggestion--not a last resort. On top of that, when I made the final payment, I noticed I had been overcharged by nearly $100. The store claimed the charge was for "additional lace" I supposedly requested--something I never asked for and was not informed about. At this shop, customers are required to sign the original invoice and purchase request. If I had agreed to any additional purchase, it would have been noted there. It wasn't. They claimed they sent me a separate invoice for this extra charge, but I never received anything until I asked about it during my phone call. Only then did they forward it. When I asked for a refund for the unauthorized charge, they said it would only happen if I returned the lace--completely unreasonable since I don't live in town. To make matters worse, the manager got on the phone and began yelling at me. Her tone was aggressive, completely unprofessional, and made me feel incredibly disrespected. This shop seems far more focused on making sales than treating customers with honesty, professionalism, or basic courtesy. What should have been a joyful and memorable part of wedding planning became a source of stress and regret. I would not recommend this bridal shop to any bride.
