    He never showed up, and didn't answer his phone when I tried to call him. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

    I would give zero stars if I could. I had service in July 2025 and want to make sure no one calls…read morethis company for service for two reasons... Overcharging and up charging: Having me pay $500 for one pound of freon/refrigerant that was released into the air because the service member did not check for leaks prior to putting the refrigerant in. They tried to also push for a service contract after all of this. Charging me for a capacitor at $495 and when I looked online the cost was only supposed to be $30 at the most. 2nd reason: They don't stand by there product or contract. One month and my HVAC failed. I could have sunk $1000 into a new unit. Buyer beware. Don't trust this company. Bunch of scammers if you ask me. Next report is to the Better Business Bureau. In summary, this company is not honest and will steal your money. On a side note, don't say that I didn't have a service call with your company because the reviews show. I wish I would have looked into this in depth before calling Service Today.

Asked if he could come between 9:00 and 9:30 the next morning. I said that was no problem. He specifically told me he would contact "dispatch" and have everything updated. The next morning, I received one of their generic texts from "dispatch" about them arriving "at some point." I texted back around 9:25am and they said that the memo on my account says after 4:00p. I told them that was the day before! They said they had no idea the tech contacted me directly, and acted like it was my fault because they don't know about personal communications from the techs. And that was pretty much the end of it. So I called another plumber to come out.

I recieved confirmation then a text on what service person was coming to my house. Nice touch. Obadiah arrived on time, put covers on his shoes and explained all my options. After makeing my selection he went about getting the job done in a quite, clean and quick manor. It was so great to meet a young man with such a professional manor.     I was a long-term customer of this plumbing company for about a year and a half and paid for their…read moremonthly VIP membership program for priority service and discounts. During that time, the same technician frequently performed work at my home. I later found myself being attacked online by the wife of that technician, who referenced personal information about me and my home that had only been shared while he was working inside my house. Learning that information discussed during service visits had apparently made its way outside of a professional setting raised serious concerns about customer privacy. What was even more troubling was the company's response when I contacted them about it. I reached out because I was upset and believed the situation warranted attention and accountability. Instead of looking into the concern or attempting to address it, the company immediately cancelled my membership and dropped me as a customer. After being a paying member and loyal customer for well over a year, it was extremely disappointing to see the company choose to remove the customer rather than address a legitimate privacy concern. That experience left me questioning whether customer trust and accountability are truly priorities when problems arise.
