200th review!! WOO HOO. I haven't been to this mall in forever until last week. I was pleasantly surprised by it. Not much as changed inside, still has the fountain in the food court, by far my favorite thing about it when I was a kid. I like that it has a movie theater inside of it, a Regal, when I went they were renovating it so I don't know what it looks like but hopefully much better than before. I think it has a decent store selection. The mall isn't huge compared to the Cherry Hill Mall a mile or two away. If you are looking for specific stores or the normal stuff this place is good enough if you do not want to be wandering around looking for a store. I wish there were more clothing stores but it had what I needed at the time. This one isn't the best in comparison to Cherry Hill, but it is much better than Burlington so I give it a B-! read more

Meh. The mall is ok. Maybe I'm spoiled living so close to the Cherry Hill Mall, but this Moorestown doesn't hold a candle. It's a little dreary and dark. The perk, however, is that it has department stores the CH Mall doesn't - Lord and Taylor, Boscov's, Sears. I appreciate that! Parking is great and it's easy to get to. read more

This is an average mall that doesn't have the quality brands that Sagemore or Cherry Hill have. Even the food court isn't up to par. There are some positives though. There's a good mix of restaurants ranging from casual dining (Yard House) to upscale dining (Harvest Seasonal). I was upset though to learn that Distrito closed a month ago. The movie theater looks like a great afternoon escape. It's also nice to see HomeSense, Five Below and Sierra Trading Post coming soon so maybe there's hope for the retail aspect here. read more

This is a great mall It is not really big but its actually perfect. They have a movie theater and nice food court. The mall has beautiful water fountains and decor. Great stores like Macy and Lord and Taylor. This is my go to mall besides Cherry hill and Freehold. read more

Either 2001 or 2009 was the first time I came to this mall. I know they made changes to the food court and it looks really nice. Now they have a charging station where you can charge your smartphone or tablet. No complaints, they some nice stores in this mall. They got a movie theater in here. read more

I grew up in the surrounding area and when I want to get out and shop I tend to go to the moorestown mall. Although, the mall does not have all of the stores as the mall down the road, I am able to take my time walking around the and they do have all the basic stores. This mall is also centrally located to other plazas and shopping areas which makes it easy to get around. read more

It is a blatant lie that there are fewer kids here. Percentage-wise, this place is crawling with the same ratio of mallrats as any other place. Why are there fewer here than Cherry Hill? Well, because Moorestown is smaller. And also because: Moorestown Mall kind of sucks. The skate park never lived up to its prophetic culture. The movie theatre is rabid with suburban school children. The food court has nothing to boast about. And there is the standard fare of Gap, Hot Topic, ice cream, Auntie Ann's, Journey, Sears, etc. Nothing particularly exciting. A fountain that my best friend's sister was once arrested for playing in. Oh, and the parking lot, while not as bad as the one with the Centerton Target, is no genius feat for its designer. read more

My wife and I went to Sears in the Moorestown Mall, NJ on Memorial Day to purchase the Weber Genesis Espresso Porcelain Enamel 3-Burner Gas Grill and some accessories. We had every intention of buying a grill and multiple accessories until we received the worst customer service I've ever seen. My biggest regret is not going to the manager and informing them of their employee's rude, insulting behavior. As a courtesy to Sears, to whom I frequent on a regular basis, I will give you some advice on how to teach your employees proper customer service: 1) When a customer tells what they want, drop your sales pitch and stop trying to move merchandise they are not interested in. Focus on the item they are interested in and get the sale. Your personal preference might be Kenmore grills and it might be a fine product, but it's not what we wanted. My family swears by Weber and we did our research in advance and knew exactly what we wanted...all you had to do was tell us about the financing options and/or available discounts, simple 2) Be professional. This includes no arguing with the customers that disagree with your opinion, do not raise your voice at women, and stop saying "OK" after every sentence as if we don't understand what you're saying. How we got into a debate over stainless steel grates and porcelain coated cast iron grates is beyond me 3) Know your merchandise. As my wife mentioned during our mini-debate, you were the first salesperson to ever tell us that stainless steel grates are better than porcelain enameled cast iron. Such a general statement to throw out! There are benefits to both, but you only focused on the benefits of stainless steel because you were trying to move Kenmore merchandise. This throws up a red flag for informed buyers. You made it clear that you read reviews on the Sears website, which is fine, but I read reviews from multiple website. I found it convenient that you once sold Weber products only. You mocked us when we said we would spend $700.00 on a Weber grill vs. a much bigger stainless steel Kenmore grill. You probably don't have any say in what merchandise your store carries, but maybe your know-it-all arrogant attitude will work on your managers As I said before, I'm a loyal Sears's customer so I won't let one "bad egg" ruin my perception of Sears, but I refused to give this guy any commission. Effective May 28th 2012, I moved my business to Sears to Media, PA; over there the salesman openly embraced my $900.00 purchase and they didn't insult my wife! read more

Ever since that mall was remodel it looks a lot better. I was here friday night and it wasnt too bad at all. There werent a lot of people here and there were some teenagers that were acting like 3 yrs old but what else is new LOL. The stores i shop there are either American Eagle, Gap, Macy's, and Hollister and Lord and Taylor and Hot Topic. The food court isnt too bad, im glad that they have a Cinnabun & and Auntie Annies where AS stupid Cherry Hill Mall used to have it and now its GONE!!! LOL. read more

It's kind of a cozy place in the middle of the shopping district. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Parking not too hard.

I like Moorestown Mall its a mall where its not too crowded and not too noisy with all the hollering and not too much kiosks asking that you buy this product for your nails as if I care if my nails are smooth or not. plenty to park not much places to eat though just shop and buy that retail priced thing and go. I think its a Junior version in design of K.O.P. thats just what I think because of the fountains and stuff. but KOP is Asgard. read more

The mall itself isn't that great. You don't have nearly the selection of stores that Cherry Hill Mall has. The food court isn't bad though so I often stop here for a quick lunch. I used to stop here more often when the ATMs were Citizens Bank ATMs and now the ATMs are some company I have never heard of with a hefty ATM fee. If you are looking for a serious shopping trip, I would head to Cherry Hill. I believe Morrestown is also still a dry town so the restaurants surrounding the mall won't have booze. read more

This is probably the worst mall I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot!). The mall isn't even half full, half the storefronts are empty, and the stores left are old and outdated The food court has nothing good to eat. Basically I have no clue as to why anyone would shop here. The Cherry Hill Mall is right down the street and East Gate Square shopping center is right behind the mall. read more

My favorite mall to shop at. Never crowded even at Christmas time. It's probably not good for the mall that it's never crowded, but it's great for me. Best part is the Camdenites don't travel that far down rt 38 so I don't have to deal with the ghetto birds and their bad bastardized children. It looks like it was a decent mall at one point, but father time took a toll. Half of the storefronts are empty and the remaining stores have no customers. When you enter the mall, the first thing you'll notice is how few people there are. I've never been to a mall more empty and depressing. This shopping center is not as big as Cherry Hill mall but it has plenty to offer. There are big anchor stores such as Sears and Macy's. They have play groups and a play area for toddlers. The food court is not HUGE but our family was able to walk out with our junk food fix. It was nice that we could all walk without being pushed and shoved on the holiday weekend and parking is plenty. Really nice mall to shop or simply wander through boutiques. Good restaurants too especially Fireside restaurant.

The land where time stands still. Nearly every tired legacy brand you can name is there. The ones people actually want, Apple, Disney, LEGO can be found at other malls, but not here. Instead you get cutting edge retail like Boscov's (yawn), Bath and Body Works, Hot Topic, Foot Locker, Things Remembered, and any number of other marginal names from twenty years ago. I went just after lunch, and both the Chipotle and food court were empty. The most crowded area of the mall was near an abandoned anchor space where they had a little area for kids to play, and for their tired looking parents to sit. I saw several homeless people, too. I hope this mall will survive after the Holiday Season. There are empty holes everywhere in this mall. Word to the owners... it's better to have it filled then to try to get the most money for each rental. I'm sure it was a nice mall at one point but the lack of stores makes it look really run down. I was at Macys shoe department on Saturday morning before it got crowded. Sasha helped me and when I decided which shoes I wanted I went up to the cash register where an older gentlemen asked who helped me. When I said Sasha he told me to go to the other side to pay. He would not ring me up because the commission was not going to him!!!!! When I went over to the other side poor Sasha was running from the front to the back getting shoes for customers. I ended up putting the shoes down and walking away with nothing. Nice going older gentleman who would not ring me up. Hopefully some manager who works at Macys and cares will see this. When I first moved here from South East Asia,my mom & I, would walk across Rte.38..to go to this mall. It was before they had this massive fire. I used to love it, from one end to the John Wanamaker's end, they had a man-made creek, little bridge pass over, with mallard ducks in it. Quite cute, they even had ducklings, which when you're under age of 5 , its' to-die for!! I loved the mom-pop bakery there, Woolworth's'. Once they fixed it, after the fire, new upcoming stores came, they have a movie theater attached to it, which for most part is good, but on weekends, opening nights, it becomes the teen haven to hang out.So I wait for off nights. If I need anything, I go in get it, leave . Even when i was teen, I didn't hang out as much, I worked in the mall, to earn my keep. All in all, they have had some nicer stores come in, and all around it, East gate drive has many shops to venture to as well. This mall is only one level, basically 2 -ends, other smaller end holds Sears. read more

I'm not going to lie here, but the mall sucks ! First of all the bathrooms are l-o-w quality they have basically jail toilets the tiles are falling apart it's a cruddy bathroom . The one and I mean one thing that is good about the mall is the Rita's ice cream parlor. At subway they rush you it's a good thing the same people aren't there every day . I got a hoagie and it basically was filled with lettuce . I've had so many bad experiences with it they won't expect me to be there anymore ! It's eery how empty it is oh and I didn't even get to this part yet there were so many restrunts that the food court looked out of order ! The movie theater so falls advertising the theaters were so small it was so uncomfortable no leg space what so ever ! I came here for one reason and that was because they had an elevation burger place and I really wanted to try it. however after the burger I decided to stick around and check out the mall because it seemed like a very nice mall. I was in fact right, right in the middle of the food court there is a big fountain spurting away which is kind of a cool luxury. The food court itself could use a little touching up the food places there weren't exactly all that appetizing looking but that could just be me. The rest of the mall was immaculate though, it was very thoroughly cleaned and they had a very good selection of different stores. Not all really high end and not all super cheap so they had a very good mix. They seemed to have very nice restaurants in the mall as well that seemed to be pretty crazy and fun looking on a Friday night. I would absolutely come here again if i was in the area it was a little farther for me then cherry hill mall but, it all depends on where you are in relation to it. I suggest people come here it seems like a nice place and somewhere you could check out and hang out for a while grab some food and people watch if that is what you are into. read more

Much trendier looking than I remember. Cleaning up nicely. It's like a more empty Cherry Hill Mall. Doesn't have a nice refurbished mirror like floor like CH Mall but shiny nonetheless. A lot of boutique stores seem to be opening up. Two gyms and four pokestops. read more

They've really revamped this mall. It has a new movie theater, new restaurants, and new stores. It is definitely classier than it was in the past. My one request: Please never get rid of Boscov's! It is the best store ever and there are so few open in the area. Keep this one around! read more

I hear this mall is getting some improvements in the future but its pretty decent as is. You've got your average mall stores and a pretty good food court. The fact that its only one floor is what I like because I don't feel overwhelmed (like in king of Prussia where it can take days before you navigate the whole thing.) but there's still enough shopping here to justify the trip over here. I generally like this Mall, however a new store called Cotton ON is a big RIP!!! Their return policies are unclear, 14 days? 30 days? the idiot clerks don't seem to know, or care! Quality is very very poor, so you're stuck with a poor quality garment that you can't wear! DON'T SHOP THERE!!! I loved Morrestown Mall as a child, loved eating Nathan's hot dogs while next to the fountain in the food court. Great to see that the fountains are still up and maintained. As others have mentioned, with a little more TLC (ala Cherry Hill) the mall itself can be a great destination spot for both locals and visitors alike. read more

The Moorestown mall is not as busy as other area malls, but for parking and less crowds, you can't beat it. It's not too big in size, which is good for us elderly people to move about. I feel much safer at this mall. read more

I visited this mall for the first time, and I'm impressed. It felt comfortable and very much unlike the huge malls I dislike. It reminded me of the mall from my childhood. I will definitely go back. I found some of the stores rather expensive, though, which is why I gave a four star rating. read more
