The hallways were massive, lots of room to walk despite having stall shops in the middle. There were outdoor parking lots all around the mall. I found a spot near the entrance quickly. While walking around, saw a bunch of popular brand stores like Uniqlo, Lego, Tumi, Pandora, Zara, Apple, H&M, Adidas and Swarovski to name a few. Among departmental stores I saw Macy's and Nordstrom. There were bunch of dining spots available too like Season 52, Capital Grille and Eddie V. Though I went to the store for a quick trip, I was still excited to see this giant mall after such a long.

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

It can be tricky to get in and out of, especially if you are not familiar with which store is in what part of the plaza. There is SO MUCH PARKING here, even during prime Christmas shopping time it wasn't too hard to get rock star parking spots. Behind the plaza is a train stop to take you to and from Atlantic City or Philly. For Philly, I prefer PATCO but for years, we used to take the train to AC. There's no protected shelter that can really keep you warm, so it can be a miserable place to be if you have to wait in a blizzard.
