I wish I could give zero stars. I recently visited the Stagecoach location as I am new to the area but left without service due to the only employee working in the store was a young lady who could barely speak or understand English, was extremely rude basically demanding my information rather than ask for it then proceeded to slam a piece of paper and pen on the counter while barking "write it down " and acting very inconvenienced by my me. I chose this location specifically due to a dear friend bragging on the excellent customer service and kindness of the woman who has helped her for several months nothing always being greeted with a smile, being known by name and asking about their family. I'm afraid I had quite the opposite experience. I will not be back and will discourage anyone from using this business. it's a shame that as a result of this the person who recommended moose to me will also not be returning. I would take a serious look at who you have running this store and how people are treated by them. read more

Took my work lab coat to the University store and when I picked it up there were 3 burn marks on it. I showed them and they sent it back to be redone. Picked it up a second time and the same 3 burn marks were still there. I was told to call the NLR store to speak with Joe or Brook. This has been 2 weeks with no response not even a call back. So needless to say, my new $900 dollar suit was in the danger zone. Sure enough, I got white paint all over the elbow! I thought I was SOL. Wanted to cry. It's the nicest suit I've ever owned. Bad customer service! I can't attest to the quality of the cleaning and laundry itself. I wasn't given the chance to find out. I have a travel job and needed clothes laundered and dry cleaned for the next work week. My family and I were going to be in the Little Rock area for the Thanksgiving holiday. It's Thanksgiving week and I can fully understand being closed on Friday or offering limited service on Friday. But my wife called on Tuesday and specifically asked about Friday. She was told that yes, I could get my clothes in and out on Friday. They also said they would be closing at 5:00 on Friday. (They got that part right.) And they said they opened at 7:00 on Friday. I arrived at 8:00 on Friday to see a sign posted that they would be open 10:00 to 5:00 on Friday. So I went back at 10:00 to be told that no, they could not have my clothes ready until Monday. I told them that my wife had called and was told otherwise and was told "I'm sorry, I don't know who she spoke to...". To make matters worse, I found someone else who COULD have helped me today IF I had been there by 8:00. So Moose's ineptitude prevented me from obtaining service someplace else. Moose appears to have onsite facilities so they probably COULD have taken care of me, in which case this review would have been 180° different. But now not only will they NEVER receive my business, but I'm going to tell everybody I know and plenty of people I DON'T know to NOT use Moose. Bad news for Moose. Why do businesses not think about the impact of customer service, good or bad, on long term business? read more

My clothes are usually faded if of color. The smell of the chemicals are in the clothes. I no longer use this cleaners. Too many bad experiences. My blue Jean's suits are faded. I put a red skirt and jacket in the cleaners. I did not put the red blouse and head scarf in the cleaners. The red skirt and jacket is slightly faded, so I can't continue to trust my clothes in this cleaners. read more

Regular at this dry cleaner. I've never had a problem at this location. They are fast, cheap, and efficient. You pay up front during your drop off. I've dry cleaned pants, shirts, and dresses. The store dry cleans all items, so not limited to clothing items. I once needed some shirts dry cleaned in less than a days notice. The staff kindly said yes and did not charge me for the rush order. read more

I am disappointed with the service at Moose Cleaners on Broadway in Little Rock. I have never gone to the NLR store. Most recently, I wanted my black sweater dry cleaned. They did a horrible job. I wanted my zipper on my bluejeans replaced. The seamstress removed the button, which did not need to be removed. Then, she used a cheap, light duty zipper. The seamstress at Oak Forest Cleaners on Markham did a great job of fixing my bluejeans. So, I go to Oak Forest now. read more

On July 8th I dropped off 3 dress shirts with my husbands name and Masonic Lodge name and number, 2 complete suits (Jackets and pants), 3 pairs of jeans, 2 white uniform dresses and a white Evening Gown and I was told I could pick all of my garments up the following day. On July 9th I stopped by the cleaners to pick up my order that had been paid for in full on the 8th and was told that my order was not ready because it had got too hot the day before and all of the staff had been sent home. I was understanding because it was during the time of extreme heat and I was not aware of the conditions of their work environment. On July 10th I stopped by to pick up my dry cleaning and was surprised to see that the cleaners was without power because the lady at the counter was using a flashlight. When I arrived with my ticket she left to get it only after saying "I hope that they was able to get to it". I did not respond because by this time she was clearly upset because she had been on the phone I'm only assuming a personal phone call and told them to hold on in which she placed her cell phone on the counter with them on speakerphone to retrieve my order. When she came back the time was approximately 6:57 pm in which she stated "we are closed". She went and retrieved my items and threw them on a rack where she counted them and waited for me to lift them from the hanger and exit the building where she locked the door before I was completely outside of the building. I will never use this business again for my dry cleaning and I have let it be known among my organization that this cleaners is not an ideal source to use. I wish you all the best and my recommendation because I do work in Customer Service is to hire good qualified employees because the young lady that you currently have has a horrible attitude and I will never consider your business again for my dry cleaning needs. I have been a customer for over 12 years at the Maumelle store and recently a linen shirt of mine came up with two very large holes in the front. Mary from Moose said the holes were caused by some type of chemical l and I must have rubbed against a chemical that would eat holes into my shirt while I was wearing it! My reply if this chemical ate thru my shirt while I had it on- I think I would have some type of burn on my body or I would have felt it...I am not around chemicals! I thought dry cleaning solvent was a chemical...She said Moose had no responsibility at all! Needless to say, I am finding a new dry cleaners! I am amazxed at the lack of customer service for a loyal customer...I wonder if the owners are aware of her actions! read more
