They used to be a reputable florist and now are attempting to sell dried dead flower bouquets (if you can call it that, it honestly looked like a vase of flowers that are ready for the trash). Because a picture is worth a thousand words please see the images included in this review to understand my incredible frustration with these 'business people'. To completely understand my gripe, here's the lowdown: 1) I purchased a bouquet on line for my mothers 65th birthday expecting to get what was shown in the listing. A beautiful fall bouquet of fresh flowers. 2) What she received was this unfortunate mess also pictured below. 3) I called to ask for a redo or refund and then came the long story from the company about how their business had changed (wish I would have known that in advance!), that they mostly do dry flower arrangements now (wish I would have known this too), and that their website wasn't updated yet (wtf?! Who does this? And why I am I being shown pictures of something that looks nothing like what I purchased?!), and that I could come pick out something that I felt was of equivalent value to the frustration and disappointment of ruining my mothers 65th birthday present....
