I don't normally write reviews, but felt I need to for the guys at Cycle Gear in Rodgers, AR…read more I was on day 3 of a motorcycle trip when I got a flat on my Harley. I was able to get it off the road, and needed to find a shop to fix it. However, it was Sunday and Harley is closed, so my options were slim. Luckily, Cycle Gear was open, and they were 1.5 miles away. I spoke with John on the phone, and although they couldn't change the tire (they don't work on bikes), he would allow me to work on it outside their shop. I got the bike towed to their shop and was able to find the screw in the tire. I plugged the hole, but the tire had popped the bead and wouldn't hold a seal. I was dead in the water. John called the manager, and they allowed me to leave my bike in the back of their shop, until I could get it to Harley the next day. Awesome! The next day, Harley came and got my bike and got me on the road. Cycle Gear didn't have to help me the way they did. John even helped with trying to get the screw out in 100-degree heat! These guys were a class act. They never once gave me any grief about leaving my bike in the shop overnight and were patient with me the next day. In a time where it seems that customer service is dead, Cycle Gear in Rodgers, AR restores my faith in people. Even though all I bought was a tire plug kit, they really went above and beyond in helping me. If it wasn't for them, I might still be on the side of the road. These guys will forever have my gratitude! If you are ever in Rodgers, AR shopping for bike gear, PLEASE go check them out. They have a ton of great gear, but most importantly, they are GREAT people. Thank you so much guys!! You really are the best!!! TK

They do excellent accessory and maintenance work at a reasonable price. They aren't cheap but they are reasonable. We've gone there several times now for upgrades. If you have a Spyder, set an appointment and go. You won't be disappointed. When you drive up, the building is underwhelming but don't let that bother you. Their shop is clean, organized and top-notch. I saw one review about squeaky brakes. Ours were squeaking too and we found out that it really is common among Spyders. Lamonster was honest enough to tell us we didn't need new ones.

In one day they were able to add blinker lights, foot boards and arm lights, cup and phone holders, frunk and trunk lights, magic mirrors, and pedal boxes to both of our bikes. They also put a sway bar on my bike (hubby already had one) and fog lights on hubby's bike (fog lights can't be mounted on a '22 model). We are very happy with all of the work-everything works greats and they did it quickly. The owner, Lamont and his assistant Debbie were a delight to work with. Jake, the service magnet did a great job of coordinating everything and Brian the mechanic did excellent work, If you want to customize your motorcycle, this is the place to do it. It was definitely worth the drive.

My friend asked about that warning sticker and the salesman stated that's just something the manufacturers have to put on there to protect themselves if a child is injured. These people will say anything to make a sale regardless if it's unsafe for your children. So the 4 wheeler makes it home to the garage, I see warning sticker and call the following day to ask to return 4 wheeler as I don't trust my 8 year old child to ride safely. I was told by manager that they sepe alot of their customers suffer from buyers remorse and that all sales are final. They refuse to take back 4 wheeler even though it wasn't used at all. Be careful making purchases, or believing what they tell you just so they can make a sale. We even offered to trade 4 wheeler in for a moped for an adult and they still refused to help us. I wouldn't recommend shopping with people like that ever.

Never delivered as promised and of course arrived late. Every time I try to call, nobody EVER answers the phone! Nobody knows shit about customer service at this place. I could run circles around everyone I've dealt with. It's been over 2 months since our purchased and never received a Manual for it, nor have we ever received a title for it for which I had 30 days to get it registered from time of purchase as we bought a 150cc moped. They loss out on a 2nd purchase, had we'd been treated correctly. The owner is never there who's name we found out is Jonathan Kerr. I can't even get his number because nobody answers the phone!!! They claim they mailed it along with our manual but we have not received shit at this time! Now they claim they have to request a duplicate title and lord only knows how much longer this will take. Meanwhile, penalty fees keep piling up on the Department of Motor Vehicle side since I am unable to register it! If I had to do it all over again, knowing what I know now, I wouldn't buy another Moped from this place ever again even if they sold it for a nickel! Customer service sucks Royal ASS!
