They took it back again and eventually told me this basically new bike needed a $6,000-$7,000 engine rebuild. The customer service manager is a tool, communication was awful, and I caught them in multiple contradictions. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I would never bring anything here again.

Picked my bike up and was handed a bill for $550... of which $173 was not paid after some cursing by both parties. That's right. Their shop is clean, organized and top-notch. I saw one review about squeaky brakes. Ours were squeaking too and we found out that it really is common among Spyders. Lamonster was honest enough to tell us we didn't need new ones.

We are very happy with all of the work-everything works greats and they did it quickly. The owner, Lamont and his assistant Debbie were a delight to work with. To our surprise, we got a call on Sunday morning that they had stuck around Saturday after close and got everything fixed. The bill was a VERY good and fair price, especially given that they fixed something else that was wrong with the bike in the process of fixing the main issue without charging more. The owner is awesome; not pretentious given that both of us were young and not stereotypical BMW riders, and is just the kind of guy you'd like working on your bike. I know a decent amount about bikes, and just through the phone conversation with them I knew that they were experts. Highly recommend in every way.
