If I could leave zero stars for this business, I would. I will never buy another Subaru again after dealing with this dealership's service team. My Subaru broke down on the road and needed to be towed into the dealership. The first available diagnostic appointment was one week out. No loaners available until more than two weeks out from the time my car broke down. Once the car arrived at adventure Subaru for its appointment on a Wednesday at 2:45, it was not looked at until the following Monday. Then we got to play phone tag with a customer service rep named Trey for the next four days. I pray for Trey, may he never encounter a customer service representative as profoundly inadequate at their job as he is at his job at Adventure Subaru. I realize that this is not entirely his fault as he is following the protocols and examples of those who trained and manage him. Finally on day 8 of my car being at this facility with no loaner to drive, I insisted on speaking to Trey right then. Wouldn't you know it, he was suddenly able to talk and finally return my husband's phone calls and voicemails that had been left everyday that week. All to find out it would cost $9,000 to repair a car that is only worth $10,000. I never plan to buy another Subaru again because of my experience at Adventure Subaru. read more

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a Subaru. I've had nothing but headaches from my 2020 Subaru Impreza that I got at Adventure Subaru. The first thing you need to know is I got a discount on my car because of hail damage, which they fixed by causing more damage to my car to make the damage symmetrical to both sides. The next thing you need to know is I've had my Subaru serviced at multiple dealerships and all were bad experiences. One of my tires went flat in the first year of owning the car. I got it fixed and found out a year later that that tire was recalled. When I went in to get a refund on my recalled tire, the Subaru dealership claimed my tire wasn't recalled even though the numbers on the tire matched that of the recall. The next year another one of my tires went flat. That's right these supposed all terrain tires easily go flat on just plain streets. My old honda tires faired better than the Continental tires that came with my 2020 Subaru Impreza. Last year, a third tire went flat. Guess what? It was the newest tire I had gotten. So I replaced them all with a completely different set of tires which set me back over $1000. This year I took my car into a Subaru dealership complaining that my car was having trouble starting. The service department didn't even try to look at the problem. They just said it was the battery and the battery was fine. Turns out it wasn't the battery. Today my car just stopped working and I called Subaru Roadside Assistance. They also claimed it wasn the battery and sent a guy in a Toyota Corolla to jump my car. It took him an hour and a half to get to me. He couldn't jump it because the battery was fine. Then he watched some youtube videos and started beating my cars starter with a crowbar because he said maybe something was stuck in the starter, but all he did was damage the inside of my car. Then he left. So I called Subaru Roadside assistance again. And they called a tow truck that was supposed to arrive in an hour and a half but kept extending the time until 3 hours had passed. So I called Subaru Roadside Assistance again and they sent a new tow truck so it took another 45 minutes for him to get to me. Then he took me to the Subaru Dealership whose service department was already closed by that time. So I spent about 6 hours today waiting on a tow truck only to get to the dealership after they closed. Thanks Subaru. You are not good. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car here. Don't buy a Subaru anywhere. They are not good cars. My friend also had a car and the engine exploded when the mileage was very low. Subaru tried not to give him a new car, but ended up making him sign a form saying he would not sue if they gave him a new one. He should have sued now that I know how bad Subaru is. My salesman, Stephen, was great. I had been talking with him for 1-2 months prior to my cars purchase, test driving different cars and planning for my new Subaru. Unfortunately a car accident got me into a smaller Subaru than I was hoping to save up for, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my Impreza. Prior to my purchase I went to the auto park to check out another vehicle I was interested in, which had better gas mileage. Coming into Subaru several times, I was shocked at how gross the other dealership was. They were not as friendly or inviting, the salesmen and managers were very obnoxious and loud, and employees were not wearing masks. Subaru felt safe, comfortable, and clean. Everything I would hope for and I'm glad I had the experience I did. I got the warranty and will definitely be back for maintenance. I was a little irked at the lack of openness in regards to my car loan. I made it known to my salesman and the financer that I had never purchased a vehicle in Arkansas. While it was initially my fault for not researching the laws, I was SHOCKED to have to pay $1,900 to the state when I went to pick up my plates. This may be different by state, but I have purchased 4 other vehicles and the tax/title/license was rolled into the loan. That is not the case here, and in Arkansas you pay your taxes when you pick up your plates. While I felt ignorant at first, I have talked to 6 other people who were also unaware this was how far buying in Arkansas worked. I feel like both the salesman and the financer knew this fact and never made it known, especially considering I made it known I had never purchased a vehicle in Arkansas. I was also a little bummed that this dealership did not go above and beyond to welcome me to the Subaru family. That may be petty in a world where cars are flying off the shelf, but purchasing a brand new vehicle I was expecting something. It was a big purchase for me. My mom purchased a cheaper, used, Subaru from another Subaru dealership within driving distance and she was sent several swag items including a really nice backpack and water bottle. Meh, I just felt underwhelmed by the whole experience. Maybe I'm just a little more excited about Subaru than others, and I'll definitely be back to this dealership. Her call was to simply let me know, it wasn't about pressuring for a sale, just to let me know a way to save some money. The whole Adventure Team was helpful and understanding of the financial burden that comes with such an accident. The sales manager, Dave Eartly, offered me a loaner to use once I had to return my insurance rental and before I could pick up the new vehicle. The finance department made it easy to get the paperwork complete, all while dealing with a new computer system. They allowed me to drive off the lot with my new car with simply a deposit while we waited for the funds to be transferred for my down payment. I arranged a test drive and right away knew this was the car I was looking for. No hassles and a little later it was mine. But to their credit, they would not transfer delivery to me until they had fully serviced the car. Do your homework and have a spare car on stand by. I paid the extra money for the road hazard thinking it would be easy to maintain. I was wrong. I was in a loaner for 5 days for my first flat tire. They had to order a new tire and grind it down to match the other ones. They did not have a loaner for my 2nd flat tire and they recommended that we buy all 4 new tires because 2 were at .7 and 2 were at .5 tread wear. I did not feel like buying all new tires, so they agreed to order one tire and grind it down to match. Another 4-5 days. No loaners, so they threw on donut and sent us on our way. I love the car, but being out of commission for 4-5 days for every single flat tire is inconvenient. The staff was pleasant, but this is something to put in the "cons" column. If you buy an AWD Subaru, ask them about the 4-5 day turnaround on flat tire repair. They told us it was pretty standard for all AWD Subaru. Welcome to the club. read more

I've never been inclined to review products or services online, so this is a first for me, now leaving this review on Yelp and Google. I've taken my vehicle to get serviced at this location since I first bought my car here more than 3 1/2 years ago. I love my Subaru, but I've consistently had problems with the Adventure Subaru service department. Today, I can't even get a service manager to call back so that I can complain about the problems in a more direct fashion, so I'm leaving this short review instead. As a result, me and my family will no longer be taking our Subarus to get serviced here, something we should have done long ago. The primary reason I started paying closer attention to the service issues at Adventure Subaru... I had many tire issues over the years that I took to the Adventure Subaru service department to look into (four separate occasions outside of my standard service). After much frustration, I took it to Seeburg and in partnership with Firestone, they found that my tire alignments weren't being done correctly for multiple years, causing extreme wobble in my tires. Up to this point, I only ever got my vehicle serviced by Adventure Subaru and was very disciplined about having them rotate and align my tires. Upon hearing that my alignments were done incorrectly on multiple occasions, I complained to their service manager and was simply given a $40 credit. Most recently, they let my pregnant wife drive off in a vehicle that had 3mm (front) and 5mm (back) brakes with a nail in the tire, which after being measured by another company was actually 3mm and 2mm respectively. They never indicated to her that the brakes were low or may need replacement. While they may be very friendly to work with and I use to enjoy taking my vehicle to get serviced at Adventure Subaru, I have to recommend that people don't use them to service their vehicles due to too many instances (only two represented here) of incompetence. read more

I have had a Subaru Outback for 5 years and absolutely love the vehicle. My problem is with the Service Department at Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We took our vehicle there for many years and had all services done. They treated us pretty well. In the last 18 months they have an entirely different attitude and approach to customers. The first thing is today 8/10/23 I had an appointment at 2:00 for an oil change. I was there at 1:45 as I am a stickler for being on time. I pulled into the service area and there were 5 service writers sitting at their stations looking at their cell phones or computers. Not a one said, just a minute sir or be right with you. After a couple minutes of standing there, I said loudly, am I supposed to check in with someone? A man then said, I'll be there in a minute. When he came to my car, he said what do you need. I said I have an appointment to get my oil changed at 2:00. I had called a week in advance for this. He said go and have a soda and I'll find you for an update. I went in the dealer sat down and he came back in and said, hey, it will be about an hour or hour and a half before we can get to it. I said I have an appointment for 2:00 and he said sorry, that's the way we do it here. I said wait a second an appointment means a designated time to deliver a service. He did not care. Now in my younger years I changed oil during high school at a big box chain and I can personally tell you I can change oil and filter etc. In 20 minutes tops. So that meant they had at a minimum 4 cars ahead of me. I had an appointment what the heck! Since when does a oil change cost $80.00 plus and they can't keep an appointment and want me to wait and waste my afternoon. Of course everyone knows car dealers are honest caring people. Yea right! I'm fed up with unprofessional, condescending people telling me what to do! If I'm paying for a service, I'M THE BOSS! We have to demand that people be respectful and polite if they are working for us. So, I left went to a quick oil change for $42 and was done in 18 minutes with polite employees and they thanked me for coming in. I hope the money grubbing, rude dealers get what is coming. NWA is being ripped off when we buy vehicles and when they are services. The only reason I gave 2 stars is they lady in sales is very polite and not pushy. read more

I have to say that I was greatly disappointed last night by the service guys. I was coming back from A friends house when I noticed that my truck was driving funny. They live in a neighborhood right behind the dealership. So I pulled into dealership to see what was going on. I got out and seen that my rear drivers side tire was almost completely flat. I looked at the clock and it was 6:15pm. I noticed the lights were on in the rear bays. So I pulled up and asked one of the guys if they could put some air in my tire to see if it would hold enough for me to get back home in Rogers. Unfortunately it was loosing air as fast as they were putting it in. The guy said it was bad and asked if I had a spare. I told him I did. He said that was great and that I was welcome to back down to the flat area of the parking lot so I could change my tire. I looked at the empty bays and the 3-4 guys that were just standing there. The first guy had commented that he couldn't wait till 7pm so he could go home. So I knew that they weren't closed. No I don't drive a Subaru. I drive a Ford pickup truck. Now I'm not one to ask for favors. I would have gladly paid to have them do it. This is where situational awareness kicks in. I'm standing there with a handicap placard in my windshield, my Air Force veterans ball-cap on and a hoodie that says Air Force DD-214 Alumni. My handicap placard is because I broke my back in April. So I really didn't need to be crawling around under my truck trying to use that worthless little jacks that come with a vehicle and those crappy little tire irons. Then lifting the old tire into the truck bed and installing the spare. I'm definitely paying for it this morning. So kudos to you Adventure Subaru for making a handicap vet change his own tire in your back parking lot on Veteran's Day weekend!!!! read more

The battery was totally dead, and the car had to be towed to Adventure Subaru service department. They immediately communicated with us, told us they had received the car and after checking it out, would let us know the results. In a couple hours, they (Bradley) called back and gave us a complete report and what all needed to be done. It was very late in the day, and he told us they would get on it first thing in the morning. The next day, Bradley called and said the car was ready, washed and ready to go!!! Had a tire replaced after a sidewall flat on a long road trip. It was my first experience with a Subaru dealership. They were so good to us, and so quick, if we'd had the money we would have driven out in a new Ascent. After being jerked around by two tire shops on a busy Saturday and wasting hours we should have been driving home while being told we would need all new tires to match the tread wear of the replacement, Adventure assured us our tires would be within specifications and not ruin our drive train.
