Don't go for coolsculpting - I got bigger and eventually needed a tummy tuck (from another surgeon).

Ali also did CoolSculpting to a small area and I couldn't be more pleased.

Dr. Soler is absolutely outstanding. After many years, one of my original breast implants ruptured,…read moreand I needed them replaced. From the very first appointment, he made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and stress-free. While waiting for surgery, I developed dermatitis (skin allergy) from the prosthetic bra insert that I purchased online. Dr. Soler thoughtfully postponed the procedure to allow everything to fully heal so we could minimize any risk of infection and ensure the best possible outcome. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. He has an incredible bedside manner, takes the time to answer every question, and genuinely cares about his patients. I felt completely confident in his hands. I am beyond thrilled with my results. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate plastic surgeon in the Tampa area, I highly recommend Dr. Soler.

I've been in search of a diagnosis for my chronic health issues that I've had for years, and while…read moreI had my breast implants removed in 2015, when I googled "breast implant illness doctors near me" and this practice popped up in the search results several times. I called the office, explained my situation and that I had my implants removed in 2015 and asked if it's possible to still have breast implant illness. Whoever I spoke to basically talked me in to a consultation with Dr. Soler and since he doesn't take insurance, the consult fee was $75. Everything I read on the website led me to believe that Dr. Soler is THE BII SPECIALIST and I figured it would be worth a shot to see if I could finally get some answers. I showed up 2 minutes past my appointment and had the office calling me to see where I was (parked out front of the office). I paid the consult fee and when Dr. Soler's assistant took me back to a room, she said "so you're here for a consult to remove your breast implants?".... Ummm noooo. I made it very clear on the phone before I scheduled the consult that they were removed in 2015 and confirmed this again when I checked in, before paying the consult fee. When it was all said and done, I got no help and am now out $75. And when you're living on social security, $75 is A LOT of money. Please be careful if you're interested in scheduling a consult for breast implant illness if your implants have already been removed. There was zero reason for them to schedule a consultation so the doctor could tell me that he couldn't do anything to help me rule out BII or in general!!!

After my breast augmentation, they offered incredible options for scar removal--all in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment. One moment that really stood out to me was when I brought my dog along, and the friendly staff happily babysat him while I had my treatment. That level of kindness is rare! Nicole, the nurse practitioner, is absolutely phenomenal--she's my favorite. She's not only incredibly skilled but also makes you feel genuinely cared for every time you visit. The entire team is warm, cheerful, and attentive. If you're considering trying them out, I highly recommend starting with a Groupon--they also have great monthly specials! I've been to other places, but the results at Ultimate Image have far exceeded my expectations. Plus, scheduling is easy and flexible, which makes the whole experience even better.

Laparoscopic surgery gives the patient benefits: less post-operative pain, less blood loss during surgery, a shorter hospital stay, smaller and less visible scars, faster recovery, fewer risks (such as infection and incisional hernias) than traditional open surgery laparoscopic surgery is generally less time-consuming than traditional surgery, making the entire process more convenient for the patient. Here's how the process works: the surgeon makes several small incisions up to a half-inch in length at the site of the surgery. The surgeon then inserts specially designed plastic tubes (called ports), through which the laparoscope and surgical instruments are introduced...
