He was nice at the consult, but once he gets your money and you complain about his work, his attitude changes, he gets very angry and will refuse to revise anything that he did wrong. he is a GREEDY doctor and will not take responsibility for his mistakes, he rushes through the procedures to try to do as many as he can in a day, he advertises on Groupon and his price is so low that his office is always full, with him YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.. Hi, I apologize for the late update, 8 months ago I had lower eyelid surgery. I am now completely healed. No complications however I do have to say there was a stitch left in my right lower eyelid that didn't come off until yesterday. When I went to have my stitches removed, that one stitch did not come out. Dr. said not to worry and that it would fall off on its own. It did come off 8 months later. End result I would not recommend going to him for any type of consultation, he is not genuine and would recommend surgery knowing that would not resolve the issue. I went to see him bc of a puffy eyelid. Every time I smiled it would wrinkle up and look even puffier. The doctor recommended lower eyelid surgery as the best option. I agreed to the surgery and had no results. It was a waste of effort, money and time I took to heal. Puffiness was still there, wrinkles were still there. I was very disappointed. It was not easy having to wear sunglasses day and night for 6 - 8 weeks lower eyelid surgery takes a long time to heal. Results were very minimal (wrinkles under the eyes seemed to be a bit less) but I still needed Botox for wrinkles to disappear. I saw another doctor for my usual Botox treatment under the eyes and decided to ask him about the puffiness under my eyes. He said it looks like it was caused by a filler I must have done in the past. He suggested dissolving it to see if that will work. He used an enzyme called Hyaluronidase and a week later puffiness was gone. I am grateful that the puffiness is gone. It turns out it there was a simple solution yet Dr. Tenenbaum recommended surgery. read more

This doctor stole money from me. I had put a deposit down for a surgical procedure and had to cancel due to becoming pregnant. His refund policy says you are entitled to your deposit back if you provide a medical excuse. My OBGYN had wrote him a letter stating I am pregnant and for obvious reasons I cannot have this procedure done. Dr. Tenenbaum said that being pregnant is not a valid excuse and refuses to refund my money. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different doctor as this one does not care about his patients or their well being. If a man let alone a doctor can treat women like this and not think twice, you should definitely think twice about him performing your procedure. He also will not accept or return any of my phone calls as I have been asking to speak with him for several weeks. I have attached his refund and cancelation policy that he DOES NOT STAND BY. Run away if you have a groupon for eyelid surgery. Excruciating pain. Like Dark Ages pain. Because you (and I) went discount, this doctor decides that you don't get to go to the surgery facility NO. You get to lay in his office chair. Get this! You don't even get numbing drops. You get 3 thick numbing needles right into your eyelids. EACH. 3 each eye. You will yell out in pain. Scream even. I had to put my hands under my backside so they wouldn't strike out at him with a needle to my eye. I am a 3rd dan black belt in Kyokushinkaikan Karate. I have had two children naturally. And never have I cried out in pain. The worse part though, is that it is all healed, still hurts and you can't tell I had anything done. Can't give him minus but I would if I could.
