I found a PA who specialized in fillers and she was able to dissolve the lumps with hyaluronidase. She stated that it was a common issue with fillers that are injected incorrectly or excessively and don't dissolve. Dr. Castellano didn't put much care into my concerns when it was just a simple fix! I asked for an update on when they'd be able to get me in and I got an "I don't know, hopefully soon." I understand being late. I don't understand acting like I'm not even there. After mentioning that I had been waiting for a long time and was planning on leaving in the next 5 mins, they were suddenly able to get me in to see Dr. Castellano, who was very nice, but talked with me for approx. 4 minutes. I have no issue with this as I know he was probably swamped and I understand the value of a doctors time. However, I never met with the surgical coordinator and I did not get pricing at all or see any mock ups for the potential rhinoplasty. They said that I wasn't able to meet the coordinator because I had to leave and I could if I waited longer. At this point it was already an hour and 15 mins after my appt time. I left because I wasn't planning on living the rest of my life in that office. It was a complete waste of time and energy. I think patient experience should be at the forefront of the office's mind especially for elective plastic surgery. Y'all gotta sell it but instead I felt dismissed and that I was inconveniencing THEM by being there.

The procedure was done at the Surgical Center, took 4-5 hours and I've been in recovery mode for the past 5 weeks. The surgery was noticeable to friends but ver yo has remarked about how they look natural as opposed to some folks who have the eyes operated on to look very wide open. I called the office, explained my situation and that I had my implants removed in 2015 and asked if it's possible to still have breast implant illness. Whoever I spoke to basically talked me in to a consultation with Dr. Soler and since he doesn't take insurance, the consult fee was $75. Everything I read on the website led me to believe that Dr. Soler is THE BII SPECIALIST and I figured it would be worth a shot to see if I could finally get some answers. I showed up 2 minutes past my appointment and had the office calling me to see where I was (parked out front of the office). I paid the consult fee and when Dr. Soler's assistant took me back to a room, she said "so you're here for a consult to remove your breast implants?".... Ummm noooo. I made it very clear on the phone before I scheduled the consult that they were removed in 2015 and confirmed this again when I checked in, before paying the consult fee. When it was all said and done, I got no help and am now out $75. And when you're living on social security, $75 is A LOT of money. Please be careful if you're interested in scheduling a consult for breast implant illness if your implants have already been removed. There was zero reason for them to schedule a consultation so the doctor could tell me that he couldn't do anything to help me rule out BII or in general!!!

I got exactly what I wanted the first time, which was also my first time getting Botox treatment for a medical condition. The second time I asked for the same thing and felt she did something different. She had already injected about 1/3 the units and then clarified what exactly I was getting it for based on our conversation talking about about two different reasons, despite me mentioning the reason at the beginning. I felt she started off injecting different areas than the first time and I left with a bruise. It has been well over a month and I do not see the result I wanted. I feel as though I wasted money. There is a first time discount and and a rewards club too, because Botox is not cheap. I did not get an itemized bill, which would have been helpful as I had questions which have since been answered by business. No receipt was offered, but it was given when I asked for it. Both times wait was very long despite not having many clients in the office. I would say first time was close to 40 min wait in the room, second time maybe 25. Place is definitely friendly and social. Office is beautiful, clean, and in a great location on Seven Springs Road. They stay in contact and are motivated to grow the business. There is an attached eye clinic also. Overall, I am apprehensive about returning based on my experience, as it was quite a chore finding the service I needed before locating this office.

Others have raised similiar concerns about his care within the past two years be sure to do your reserach. Following a surgical procedure on March 25th, I developed a severe post-operative infection. For days, I messaged the doctor about my rapidly worsening symptoms, but my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. No basic diagnostic tests or workups were ever performed. When I finally saw the doctor in office, it was only a cursory examination. Later, when the infection became critical, and I informed the doctor of a new abscess forming and continued severe symptoms, I was completely ignored. The doctor refused to see me, stating I didn't need to be seen again as I had just been in the day before. Pushed out office visit 14 days. This is despite my repeated warnings of new, concerning symptoms. The very next day, I had to seek emergency medical care and was admitted to the hospital for four days with sepsis, requiring IV antibiotics. This critical situation was a direct result of failure to adhere to the most basic standards of medical care and a complete lack of duty to provide timely and appropriate treatment. The doctor's subsequent lack of remorse and empathy has been deeply disturbing and has further eroded any trust I had. His complete disregard to the most basic standards of care, I have never experienced from any doctor in a trusted possession such as his. The ongoing physical and emotional consequences of this negligence are severe. I urge anyone considering this doctor to seek care elsewhere to avoid a similar terrifying and dangerous experience.
