But Jonathan was always prompt, patient in explaining the situation, and helpful. He's very trustworthy, kind, and communicative and is overall very good at his job. He went above and beyond to explain various situations and address any concerns we had. I'm sure Jonathan sees his fair share of not great (disgusting) things but he is not bothered by it (or at least doesn't show it) and is just helpful with a positive attitude. Anytime I've asked him to explain a project or send pictures, he is helpful in doing so. She scheduled their technician Juan who came a few days later, earlier than the scheduled time, to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer. Parts were ordered and the initial repair was made by Juan and Trevor a week or so later not knowing the heating element had also gone out. That part was ordered and Monica scheduled them to return after the Christmas holiday for the final repair. It was a pricy repair, but living in a rural area, we did not have the choice of replacing our microwave or finding the size and style that met our needs. The laundromat was pretty busy, but the prices were reasonable 250 for a wash three bucks to dry clothes. If you want to meet up with some hikers, this is definitely a hub for Dirty PCT hike hikers who want to wash their clothes you'll have plenty of good company there if you'd like to chat about hiking. We really appreciated being able to get some laundry done and it was pretty quick maybe an hour and a half to get it all accomplished. Highly recommended!!!

After a growing frustration with it, then checking both Next Door and Yelp, I decided to call Ricardo. He was awesome to chat with about the issue. He was willing to drive out to us and check it, and we were willing to pay the service charge. At his suggestion, he had me text him photos, including the model number and serial number. He called me back a few hours later. He had researched the issue and determined original parts are no longer available. (I had researched separately and had come to the same conclusion.) Ricardo added that in his experience, the aftermarket replacement parts are not the same quality and have been problematic. His recommendation was to plan on replacing the refrigerator if we still wanted that capability. No charge for his time. It was a great experience and highly recommend him.
