He said my Durango's broken and sandblasted windshield should be covered under my policies deductible. It took me several months to visit Perfection Glass in Pleasanton but when I did his wife Lori in the office contacted my insurances Glass division and together we explained the damage to my windshield. I called on a Friday afternoon and had my windshield on my Ford Expedition done Monday morning. The guys worked so hard and did such a great job installing. So pleasant and professional, on time, and called when they arrived to let me know they were out front. So simple! As it turned out, driving the car in bright sunlight uncovered two tiny inch long scratches. Not deep, not easy to see except when the bright sunlight hit them directly. I felt so silly calling back in to mention it except they were on the drivers side. I found them distracting and my newbie drivers (twins with permits) thought I was nuts. They didn't see anything until they drove to baseball practice and mentioned the glare from the tiny little scratch too.. I called back and was setting up a time to come back out and look. I figured there was a spray (or baking soda solution etc) that could take light scratches out. They were so accommodating. I felt silly asking so said I could drive over as we live nearby. When I did, they tried spray, but it didn't go away. They ordered a new window and came out again to my home promptly to repair. No complaints, no excuses, just good ole customer service and friendly as can be. I'm embarrased to say I don't have the name of the gentleman that was so informative and helpful. He explained the different glues for different cars, treatments etc. Just a wealth of information I would trust any car to them. Don't trust your cars/trucks to just any chain windshield company. I would recommend RC Auto Glass in Livermore for any vehicle, even my Audi or other cars. Request your insurance to use them. It took a 5 min phone call to get State Farm to cover my windshield with $0 copay even though their website sent me to a different company. So worth it. I was surprised how fast I got a call from them that someone will soon come with a new windshield. Little did I know that this will end in a disaster. They send two guys with a beat-up pickup truck and a little child with them. First red flag. The windshields were on the truck no covers and the truck was full of other stuff. Not professional at all. They were working on my car, while I offered them cold drinks and let the child in the house to use the bathroom. When I got back out, they said they were done, and I did not even get any paperwork as they said I will get that emailed... After they left, I noticed that I had several scratches on my paint and my side window on the driver side was damaged, including the brand-new tint. They now claim that they did not work on my car and pretend to not even know what I am talking about. My insurance has tried to reach out to them several times as well and they were hung up on every time. They damage my car and have the nerve to be rude and condescending on top of all. I will definitely file a court case and will not let this go. This is the worst "service" I have ever experienced. Do not use them, go to your trusted dealership. I wish I would have never listened to my insurance and would have just paid it out of pocket with my dealership. It would have been much cheaper than the damage Presto has done.

In addition the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced anyway. I called and spoke to Javier and he offered to come out and look at the car. Afterwards he texted me with the recommendation of replacing the windshield and I made the appointment. An hour or so before the appointment time, Javier texted me and apologized, saying that he was running late and gave me a new estimate time that he was arriving at the house, which was going to be a couple of hours later than the original time. I very much appreciated the update. About 45 minutes from the appointed time, Javier texted me to tell me that he was on his way, in about 30 minutes. Javier arrived on time and replaced the seal and windshield in a timely manner.
