Owners Lori and Shawn were extremely friendly and helpful. Lori helped me call my insurance glass vendor, waited on hold a long time on a Friday afternoon with me and helped me file my glass claim. I was given an appointment the same day of my insurance approval and my windshield was replaced and recalibrated in about 2 hours. This includes removing the glass, clearing out all the old adhesive and bonded material which the tech/installer was very thorough to do. All staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with. They have an outdoor table with umbrella, free wifi and chairs inside if you need to work while you wait. Their quote was slightly lower to another quote I received nearby through Yelp but I did have to go through insurance anyway due to the recalibration cost. Seem like genuine folks and seeing that the owners are so involved made me want to give them a try. Would gladly recommend them to a friend or family member. read more

Utilized Perfection Auto Glass yesterday for mobile service to replace a Toyota Tundra windshield. I called in that morning around 8:30 and they were able to get me in same day. They said they would be by between 1-3pm, and arrived at about 2:50pm within the estimated time window. They completed the work promptly and helped me get one more thing crossed off my to-do list this week. These guys came highly recommended in the BMW community, so I decided to take my 2017 BMW M3 in to have the cracked windshield replaced. I was very particular that they used OEM glass, and they were able to fulfill my request. The many sensors in the glass were also calibrated, and I was provided with paperwork showing that they did. A couple of years ago I called Perfection Auto Glass and made an appointment to fix a side window with an antenna in it for my husband's Prius as well as to fix a ding in the windshield. We noticed our MDX had a ding in the driver side window and we were not sure whether it came from a rock that flew out of our mower, weed whacker, or a pellet gun. Within a day it cracked all the way to the edge and we were then afraid to roll down our window. Why do we still call it roll down the window when most are electric now? Back to the story. We called our insurance company, Farmers, who usually sends us to Safelite and then I have to wait hours to get the windshield repaired at their facility or weeks for them to come out to our house. Instead we were told to go here and we were happy to skip the Safelite dog and pony show! My wife asked for an genuine Acura glass window, not a third party knockoff and they ordered it. They did a great job keeping me informed on when it would arrive and when it would be a little late on the morning we had an appointment scheduled I suggested for them to text me and I would bring it right over. They texted me and I was impressed with how fast they were able to swap it out and get me back on the road as soon as I arrived. I have used Perfection Auto Glass in the past for windshield replacements and the service was always exemplary. When I needed to replace the windshield on my newish truck, I knew exactly who to call. Lori was extremely helpful, and she looked up the exact glass I needed, since all these new fangled cars have rain sense, cameras, and other features that I never knew about. She even made sure it was an exact manufacturer replacement. She also helped me through filing a glass claim with State Farm so all it ended up costing me was the $100 deductible. Impressive! It only took a few hours for the replacement, and that included them having the camera recalibrated by a companion shop. This place is on the left of California Ave. in Pleasanton. It'll be inside a little 32 sign plaza all the way down. I was greeted by workers outside and they're all very nice. I walked in the reception area and Lori greeted me. She went to the charges of the repair. Before they start the process, they said the only way to fix the little marks left from a big truck with rocks hitting on me is to replace my whole windshield. As a student, I feel that it is ok to survive with a windshield with little cracks for now than to pay $500+ for a new windshield. I will probably fix it when it gets worse.
