They stayed with my truck and notified me they were the one who damaged my truck (there are still decent people in the world). Dons did the repair and it looked as good as new. The repairs were done quickly. They also cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. That was an added bonus since I have two young kids who make a constant mess in my truck. Fast Forward 7 months and a tree fell on my truck as we were driving through rock State Park. Luckily, no one was hurt. I had it immediately towed straight to Don's. I got in touch with Scott and he was great to work with again. He even advocated for me when the insurance adjuster missed a few additional repairs. He called a few places over the course of the week for several weeks to get one part that was on back order. I feel like he went above and beyond. I just got my truck back and it looks like brand new. And again,they cleaned the interior prior to me picking it up. Hopefully my truck won't need body work ever again, , but if it does, I'd take it back to Scott at Dons. I have no complaints with them at any point in the process. Scott was good at communicating the status of the repair and according to my insurance adjuster, was great to work with.

Sean is such a terrific person and he is very much focused on helping you maintain your vehicle. He doesn't try to upsell you things and is always honest with you. He does a great job of explaining the things that he is doing to your car and is very reasonably priced for the service you get. He does oil changes, tires, alignments, bodywork... you name and he will take care of it. There is a night key drop off for your convenience as well. He does get booked very quickly so be sure to call and get an appointment (a testament to how wonderful of a job he does since people are willing to wait to get their vehicle in with Sean).
