We walked through all the bogus claims from the chain (confirmed passable) and stood together under my car while it was on the lift to look at an actual wheel bearing issue that the chain completely missed. They were able to fix the issue same day at a fraction of the cost the chain quoted me for the non-existent issues - meanwhile I worked peacefully and productively on my laptop in their waiting area. They even let me borrow a car to quickly grab lunch while they worked on my Subaru. Within a few hours, my car was fixed, inspection stickers affixed to my windshield, and I left with peace of mind knowing my car was legal and ready for a long Labor Day weekend road trip. Every step was documented (with photos). The price was very reasonable considering their level of professionalism and their obvious attention to detail. Las week they did the Inspection on my 2025 BRZ. It was fast, efficient and fairly priced. To be honest, they have a "Boxerhead" on staff (who drives a mean little WRX) and that added to my comfort level. Blair is the service manager and he is a genuine gearhead. He spotted the mods on my Outback and we spent at least ten minutes laughin' and scratchin' and talkin' about sway bars and such. Damien was so knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything he found and what he needed to do to fix it. I had an appt at the local KIA this weekend for an oil change and inspection but I had to cancel due to it being at Fink's. He was happy to accommodate me and all of my needs while keeping me in the loop with everything, including pricing. The parts came in earlier than expected and I was able to get my car back before the weekend! While my circumstances were less than desirable, I am so glad to have found Fink's.
