I've been here a few times and I've always been happy with their work. They replace and cut keys if you need more copies, do both standard and drum breaks, and more. Truly full service. And they're honest about the cost of labor and replacement pieces. The waiting room is kinda rough and cold so you can ask to sit in the office with the lot puppy they found and adopted this year. She's so well behaved. While I was waiting I got to talk with one of the co-owners and they're super friendly, you'll find good conversation with most of the folks here. They check in as they work on your car if they find any additional issues.

They explained everything to him, quoted a price my brother thought was fair, and ordered the parts he needed for installation on Monday. I went into the shop and spoke with the attendant who said that they were "too backed up" and that he could probably fit me in if I left my vehicle. He then said that they would not fit me in on Sunday or Monday and that he was "Wide open Tuesday" and I scheduled for then. Well they had lost the key fob which after several days they admitted to. They never offered us a rebate on the inconvenience of taking the car to the dealer to have the fob replaced. (They did cover the replacement). Also, they kept us on hold when we kept trying to reach them and we were disconnected so we needed to drive to the business.
