Very accommodating and helpful for my nephew. They fine-tuned his driving experience and gave him more confidence. Highly recommended!!

I have used this service for 3 of my kids, but I won't be using it for my last two teenagers to get…read moretheir drivers license. A Plus Safety was fine when I used them for my oldest two children about 10 years ago, but when I tried to have my third child complete his driver's training with them it was a nightmare. First, I called ahead of time and explained that my son dealt with extreme anxiety and was also very quiet. I asked if there was a driver training teacher that could handle driving with someone who was very anxious. They assured me that they had a "couple" of drivers training teachers that would do well with a student driver who had anxiety. I scheduled the appointment, and the first drivers training went ok, but not great. She did tell me that he was very anxious and barely spoke to her, and I reminded her that I had mentioned that when I called to make the appointment. She said he needed a lot of direction and help as he was driving. Well, duh! It was his first time ever driving a car!! We practiced for a few months driving, and then I called to schedule his 2nd appointment. I reminded them AGAIN that he needs someone sympathetic to his anxiety and quiet demeanor. I brought him to his 2nd driver's training lesson and when I came to pick him up I could tell he was upset. I asked the "trainer" how it went and this grumpy old man told me that my son was "way too quiet", didn't follow directions, and "wasn't ready to be driving". He went into a tirade about all the mistakes he made during the lesson. My son immediately broke down in tears when we left, and told me that the man was yelling at him in the car, didn't give clear directions, and had him driving downtown for most of the lesson but wasn't giving reminders about things like one way streets. Hello! YOU are the teacher here! I felt like this man just sat in the car and expected my son to do all the work with no help or direction. No clear communication was used! I was so pissed, but for some reason felt obliged to still schedule our 3rd (and last) appointment for his driver training. (Looking back on it now, I should have just gone with a different driver training school for the last lesson). Anyhow, when I called to make the appointment, I made sure to request that the man who took him on the 2nd driver's lesson NOT take him on the 3rd. He did have an "ok" experience the 3rd lesson with a different teacher, but again, we were told he wasn't ready for the driver's test. I felt as if these driving "trainers" did absolutely next to nothing. And....I am happy to report that a few weeks later my son DID pass his driver's test on the first try with flying colors! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They did not help my son build any confidence in his driving, and they didn't teach him a damn thing! I am scheduling my fourth child for his driver's training, and I am looking elsewhere.

So far on the phone they were super helpful! 100% willing to look for available times in the near…read morefuture. I am confident my child will have a good experience with this driving outfit! Thank you for making it a great experience.

My husband made a pretty bad one-time only driving mistake and ended up here. Its not somewhere…read morethat your proud to go to as they are mainly a dui school but it's not that bad for what it is. The tuition is ridiculously high but compared to other schools, it's a little cheaper. They are really good with payment plans and working with a budget. The staff seems friendly and seems to have everyone's best interest at mind. On Saturday classes, you just watch movies but the weekday groups are actually really good therapy. I would recommend this school over others. But I would recommend not getting into a position where you would have to come here.

This place is the biggest joke. I have been now worked with this program for too many years. When I…read morefirst came it was in person and at the time you could only have 10 missed groups otherwise you were kicked out. When signing up they ask what days would you be best for you to join your groups mine were Monday. No other day was gonna work for me as I have a job and other responsibilities now I take responsibility for my absences which some of them were not intentional and we emergency cases, but I still had to pay for my absences. Like being next to my terminally old child while he was in the ER, they still wanted to charge me for that. I finally hit the nine mark and I had one more absence that I could get. They decided that they were gonna move my appointment a different day, knowing I could only come Mondays, but decided to put it on a Thursday. I showed up on the Monday after that Thursday and was terminated. Well financial situation struck for me and I wasn't able to get back in right away but when I was reinstated all of a sudden it was now zoom that was tough trying to remember it because it was online and if you had any kind of technical problems you were considered absent eventually that didn't work out for me so I paid my big fee and wanted to reinstate again as I showed up to my appointment that I had already had to reschedule. They told me I didn't have one. The lady told me that the group had already started and they couldn't get me in so I'm flustered because that's second time I left work now for this and it's just a headache. Well, the director of it decided she was gonna listen to my conversation while I had the phone cause I was upset because it doesn't come out of their pocket or their time and she didn't like the tone or some of the words I used. But decided to tell me that I had to make another appointment and when she handed me the paperwork for the next appointment was so apprehensive to tell me I was gonna let you win until you use those vulgar words when her secretary had already told me that I couldn't come in because the group had already started. This place is a joke. If you tend here I hope you get through it with a breeze. Make sure you keep track of your money. Don't be late. Don't miss days. Get it done and get out of there because these people will rob you of your money and your time.
