Their prices were extremely unreasonable. Right off the bat I could tell that the owner of this company was more honest than the folks at Atlantic (or, the other, non approved AAA membership locksmith that I called from a Google search) because he explained the cost and process - it made a difference in price when I had both parts of the key. When the van came to my home, both the owner and his business mate were so kind, honest, did the job precisely and quickly (and with great conversation too!)
