High level of professionalism Quality workmanship Value for the service Mark can be a tough gent to get a hold of, because he's in demand. Commercial work is a good gig for him, so residential has a tougher time finding its way into his schedule, and that can be a hurdle. So, navigating the "when can we line up a date and time for the work" was a challenge, for reasons I understand, and that's the only reason this wasn't a five-star experience. Once on the job however, it's plain to see why his phone rings so persistently. He assessed the situation, gave an overview of the required work and costing, and dove right in. What had been broken for months and had been beyond the capability of other locksmiths who'd come by was diagnosed and resolved quickly and affordably. He and I even had a great conversation about cars and cycles as he worked. It was an impressive and satisfying service experience, and I'll certainly try to get Mark if I have future locksmith needs, without question. Highly recommended. read more

We had some door damage under the old lock and he made sure to explain all our options for repair and then installed a plate to cover and reenforce the damaged area. Mark came early this morning to accommodate my work schedule. He gave me a call to inform me there was traffic and he'd be a couple minutes late due to taking backroads. We needed a few locks re-keyed on our new house. I left a message on Friday after hours, hoping I'd get a call back either during the weekend or Monday morning. I never heard back and had to call back Monday, but once I got in touch with the locksmith, he was available for a window that was convenient for us. He got stuck in traffic and was a bit later than he intended, but he kept us updated about his arrival time and gave us a discount as compensation (without our asking for it). He was friendly, efficient, easy to work with, and the new keys worked perfectly. Very satisfied, though if you need non-emergency work, I recommend making sure you call during business hours (which is frankly pretty reasonable). read more

I have worked with locksmiths on several occasions due to dealing with bank foreclosures. Pride Locksmith was the best I have dealt with. Many locksmiths will not set up exact appointments because of the nature of the work. Working with locks may be challenging at times, so exact completion times of jobs is not guaranteed. Given my situation Pride Locksmith worked with me to find a time in the week that would work to have the police present at time of access without requiring anyone to waste time waiting.
