Can we ever make up our mind Change name again I am not surprised at all Never ever met locksmith that are barely ever opened and are rude Could not even get into my 1996 Oldsmobile trunk when I mistakenly locked the keys inside. They tried 200+ different keys nothing. My 12 year old neighbor googled it and found a clip he removed it in under a minute and got my trunk opened. I've had at least 3 occasions when Ferdie's did not obey their posted business hours; the most recently I had called ahead at 3:30pm to find out if they could make some key copies, asked how late they were open (they said 5), and when I arrived at 4:30 found that no one was in the shop. I left phone messages asking what happened and when they would be open again, and no one ever called me back. They may have been around for some time, but after several experiences of not respecting their own posted business hours, not respecting my time, and not caring enough to return my calls, I'm done with Ferdie's - never, ever again. I recommend you find a locksmith that doesn't have so many customers they don't care about treating newer customers poorly. (And this isn't a one person operation, I had been in the shop several times previously and they definitely have more than one person working, so there is no good excuse not to obey posted business hours, or certainly not to disappear after promising a customer you would be open, or to not call a customer back after he calls to ask when they will [allegedly] be open again.) read more

Josh is very knowledgeable and skilled. He came to the rescue as soon as he could. While he was here, he also fixed two other lock problems that other locksmiths had a hard time repairing. I work for a property management company and since AA Locksmith is fairly close, I decided to open an account with them. I am all for supporting "mom and pop shops", but sometimes, they are just plain unreliable, and this locksmith is one of them. I have to call ahead every time I need keys to make sure they are there in the Pawtucket location. Majority of the time they seem to be in the Central Falls location, which, if that is the case, they should update their address and their hours of business which say 9AM-4PM. They always seem to be out of stock of the keys I need as well in the Pawtucket location. If you are going to have two locations, they should both be properly staffed and stocked. Otherwise, what is the point of having two locations? read more
