He asked me what was the need for the course install and I informed him of leisure activity for family and friends. He noticed the flyers as my family was hosting the family reunion this year. He committed to a deadline to appease me and accommodate my gathering. Truly meant a lot but it was hell from there. He determined the site and informed me that this was the best for the location and design. You get what you pay for. They showed up with less materials then what was needed then wanted me to pay for extra beyond the quote. Had to change design base on lack of materials. The salesman and installer got into heated argument due to the installer stating he was tired if cover rhe salesman ass because he keep misquoting jobs based on how he chooses to measure. The installer stated at this point he's been working for free without being paid based on the extra work his team is doing. The salesman replied that I paid 2500 for this equipment and I'm going to get my money's worth out of it even though it miscalculated. Meanwhile my family and I are present of all mentioned. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Install took longer that agreed beyond family reunion. The installer didn't put down barrier as salesman promised. Job gets completed finally. During the process my wife and i purchased food, and drinks for the hard working staff the whole time. Along with tipping them $25 each for staying and finishing. 2 days later sun, melts the turf off a reflection from a window that the saleman determined was best place to install. Its been hell, just to be told they cant warranty even though the salesman stated nothing should go wrong, based on the location he determined. So i have a 8 foot hard line scorched into the play area to include grass growing through the entire job site. They dont return calls immediately, and when they do its excuses. $7000 gone for a project that i cant enjoy. Now every weekend I must commit 2 hours removing grass from the putting green. To be told after the saleman has only been on the job for a month or so... and this isn't the first job the company has had to take a loss or hit for. But as a consumer I should not have to bare the burden of his inexperience. I am Veteran that has committed my money to enhance the quality of my home and it's leisure spaces. This is unsatisfactory and no excuses should be entertained or tolerated....fix the problem!!!
