Ryan was bang on time, pleasant to chat with, and asked all the right questions to write a detailed estimate for me. He made clear what was included in the write-up, and how extra costs would be calculated so there were no surprises. (My window trim needed repair and replacement, so was priced to time and materials since I wasn't sure of the ultimate condition.) My house required multiple days of work for the trim repair, powerwash and prep of the old painted surface, priming, and final coat, and each day the crew let me know where they were in the process and what to expect the next day.
