So back in the day this place was always jumping. Now I have to admit it's a little sad. Because I'm a big believer in supporting local business I will still go. Bath N Body, Victoria's Secret, Miniso, LensCrafters, and a few other stores are the reason I come. I know the city has plans for a huge remodel and all I can say is it's not coming fast enough. Hopefully once they revitalize the area it will be a cool local place to come hang out again.

I've been popping in here for years . The mall has started to revive itself as a place to check out . This mall is big on entertainment. There is an arcade entertainment center , a kids play gym, those stuffed animal riders, a movie theater , there is also a public library. This is all before the hair salon, food court, and of course shops. It looks like they have a few places coming soon. I initially stopped in to return an online purchase, but decided to see what the mall had inside. I didn't get to check out everything so I'll go back.

POPULAR & WACKY! Moreno Valley Mall is such a crazy mall, it's got some ghetto vibes, but I always find myself coming back to it. I used to live in Moreno Valley so I know this mall like the back of my hand. It's got a movie theater, Round 1, kiosks, several department stores, and locally-owned businesses. There's plenty of parking surrounding the mall and a large food court on the second floor. I've also spotted a gaming lounge and several amenities for families. The mall has some stores with reasonable value. The mall could be a little cleaner, sometimes the restrooms are a hot mess, but I do spot people cleaning the food court regularly. Service is fine, the mall employees keep to themselves.

I drove to Moreno Valley Mall the other day to pick up an online order from JCPenney. Just like any other mall, it has tons of parking. Lots were clean. Different entry points into the mall are available. Just check beforehand as to which part of the mall you plan to hang out most at so you may park closer to that section or you may take advantage of your visit and park the farthest and enjoy your walk. My focus was JCPenney only so I didn't get a chance to walk around and check out the rest of the mall. I would love to come back here one day to see what it has to offer.

This mall is clean and well maintained, though it doesn't have a wide variety of stores. It does feature a nice Harkins movie theater, a few jewelry shops, and some major retailers like Macy's and JCPenney. There's also a Round 1, although I haven't checked it out yet. I do wish they had a bookstore and a more inviting food court. Overall, it's an okay place to visit, nothing too exciting, but decent for a quick stop.

    Having fun in the mall

Come on guys!!! Do better!!! This mall looks hella abandoned and the landscape around it needs attention! We weren't sure if it was an actual real mall that was opened or not! ‍ Please give it life and Spruce it up! Plant flowers or add something that makes it look OPENED The location is perfect as this City is a nice one, to stay on when visiting. I loved the area since they have lots of stores and restaurants. Very convenient!!! There's plenty of parking and lots of stores inside, even though it doesn't appear to have. I'll return to shop here because we found great deals, for it to be considered a high priced State! I love that ...although, it's not kept up outside that the technology inside was on point! You guys are living in 2037 There's plenty of parking onsite and it's worth going in to shop! We had a great time! Btw... to the guy cleaning the bathroom... he did an amazing job and thanks for letting me in! The only thing is you forgot to install toilet tissue in all stalls but thankfully another lady was in there next to me, who handed me a roll under the door and thankfully I carry my own wipes everywhere. See ya again Mall

I have been exploring almost the malls on and off during Covid, and just recently visited this mall. I actually found this mall very satisfying from the amount of shops and the variety of shops, as well as the architecture and colors. I enjoyed my visit and also got to meet the director of management who was super nice. This mall spans two floors and has a huge food court. They have a Macy's and a JC Penny's as the main department stores and also have the usual mall stores like Victoria's Secret, Van's, Hot Topic, Torrid, etc., however they have a lot of unique stores which you don't find that often in some of the malls. Harkins Movie Theatre, Round 1 Bowling, Crunch Fitness, Fye, Toys 4 U, and Kelly's Coffe and Fudge. They probably have around 130 shops and most were open. They do have a few new stores as well. It's possible they replaced some of the ones closed, but I plan to work with management and find the actual address of these stores which are not yet listed on either Yelp or Google maps. I had a very nice stay. 4/5 stars. Photos attached

PROS: -Has a decent Round 1 -They have a theater here -A nicely stocked Miniso -Strangely lots of stores with anime goods (FYE, Fancy Way, Box Lunch, Comics & Anime -though it's mostly just Funko Pops, and some of the other random stores and kiosks). CONS: -Very inconsistent AC. I was BOILING on the second floor, no matter what store I was in. Bottom floor actually felt cool. -This mall is FILTHY. I'm not sure if they have enough custodial staff? The floor's covered in trash and food in random places. Dirt streaks from people walking into spilled drinks on the ground. -After hours here, the same trash was still all over the ground near the exit. -Trash cans were overflowing. -The escalators had so much dust, grime, chewed gum, hair, etc in all the grooves. -Good chunk of the mall is dead with closed businesses (this has become common and to be honest, not as bad as the Puente Hills Mall). Alright if you're here to check out the Round 1 or something, but definitely not if you're here to have a "chill" mall day. I would not go to this mall in sandals LOL.

Moreno Valley Mall is not too far from March ARB and just off the 215 and 60 Freeways. The Mall anchors are Macy's, Sears, JC Penney's and a Harkins's Theatre. Clearly the pandemic has hurt a great many stores inside the mall. The Food Court also has some openings, with signs saying: "Something Great is Coming Here!" We came here looking for some stocking-stuffers at MimiSo store. They had a great selection of Marvel gear, see photos. Nextdoor is Towngate Promenade which is located on the western perimeter outside. It has a variety of places to eat, like Portillo's, Pieology, BWW, Bakers and they're all within walking distance of each other and Costco.

The only impressive aspect of this mall is the architecture. It is actually among some of the most quintessential 90s vibes that still exist. The shops are all selling the same crap, so nothing special or unique. Too much anime, Funko Pop, overpriced pop culture t shirts. The food court was surprisingly expensive, like airport food. There are many empty suites. We went on February 25th and there were Xmas garlands hanging up in the rafters. The only reason to visit would be for a 90s style photo shoot or to get your daily step count. It is large.

Based on the…read moreoutside appearance and location, we thought it would be more of a traditional rancho-style venue. The moment we walked in, though, we were completely blown away. It was absolutely stunning. During our first tour, we met Ricardo, and I remember telling my husband before we even left that if we chose this venue, I hoped Ricardo would be our coordinator. At the time, we weren't quite ready to book and decided to wait. A year later, after touring venues throughout Southern California and even Valle de Guadalupe, we came back to Miracle Garden and there was not a single doubt in our minds. While the other venues were beautiful, they simply were not Miracle Garden. For everything you receive for the price and the quality of the experience, it truly is a no-brainer. To our surprise, when we returned a year later, Ricardo ended up being our coordinator. It truly felt like everything came full circle. From day one, he was professional, funny, reassuring, and genuinely cared about us. His integrity was evident from our very first meetings. He doesn't just love what he does, he truly loves his couples and wants them to have the best wedding experience possible. The planning process was surprisingly stress-free. As a bride, I'll admit I started getting nervous seeing other brides online sharing every wedding detail. I wondered if we were behind, but looking back, I realized Leidys and her team knew exactly what they were doing. Our food tasting was such a fun experience. There were so many delicious options, and the cake was incredible. To this day, our guests still talk about how amazing the food was at our wedding. As Mexicans, we know that is one of the biggest compliments you can receive because our families can definitely be critics! We received nothing but amazing feedback. One of the things we loved most is how much Miracle Garden includes in their packages. It truly allows you to relax and enjoy being engaged. Even though I added personal touches because that is just the type of bride I am, every idea I brought to the owner and team was welcomed with kindness and excitement. Leidys deserves so much recognition. She envisioned a "jardín europeo" style for our wedding, and I immediately fell in love with the idea. She transformed that vision into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. The white flowers, greenery, and floral structure created the romantic garden atmosphere I had always dreamed of. I still remember telling her, "I trust you. Surprise us." Her face lit up because she was genuinely excited to create something beautiful. Her creativity, passion, and love for making couples' dreams come true are truly remarkable. She was always available to answer questions and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. Our wedding was not just another event to her; she treated it as if it were her own wedding. She poured her heart and soul into every detail. One of my favorite memories happened right after our ceremony. Leidys saved the entire reception setup as a surprise for us and covered my eyes as we walked toward the reception so I would not see anything beforehand. When she uncovered my eyes, I was completely speechless. Seeing everything come together brought tears to my eyes. It was everything I dreamed of and more. She made us, but especially me as the bride, feel so incredibly special. Ricardo was also incredible on our wedding day. He was there from the morning until the very end, making sure vendors were coordinated, the timeline stayed on track, and every detail was handled seamlessly. One moment I will never forget was after our ceremony when he made sure my husband and I had our drinks waiting for us before we even thought about getting one ourselves. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed how much he truly prioritized us. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the drinks were, and how much of a hit the shot cart was. Many of our family and friends have told us that our wedding was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended. Thank you, Leidys, Ricardo, Liz, and the entire Miracle Garden team for giving us the most magical day of our lives. Miracle Garden is truly a gem. They did not just create a beautiful wedding, they created memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. That is something you simply cannot put a price on. With all our love and gratitude, Victorino & Viviana Moreno

He truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was everything we wanted it to be. I had multiple guests come up to me throughout the event to compliment him and tell me what an amazing job he was doing. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. That being said, I do feel that communication could really use some improvement. It was often difficult to get answers to simple questions. There were times when days, and even weeks, would go by without receiving a response to messages I had sent. I often had to send the same message multiple times before getting an answer. It also felt like I would receive a response more quickly from the owner whenever I mentioned potentially adding an additional service to my package. When I did receive responses from the owner, they often focused on whether I wanted to add a particular service to my package, which sometimes came across as more of a sales opportunity than an effort to answer my questions. Because of this, I eventually felt discouraged from reaching out with questions directly. I also feel that some of the staff could benefit from additional training, particularly when it comes to professionalism and customer service. There was an older gentleman on-site who was rude to multiple guests, including both my husband's parents and my parents, which was disappointing and not something you want to hear. (Safe to say we were both upset hearing about that during the event) The lead bartender was also very rude to my husband. Her communication was unprofessional, and several of the responses we received from her were confusing and left us questioning whether we were communicating with someone who understood the responsibilities of their role. She also seemed to have very little knowledge about the details of our event, and it did not appear that there was much communication between her and the owner. Thankfully, I sent a confirmation text a few days before the event because that was apparently the only way she became aware that we were having a cocktail hour. There were also a few details with the décor that were disappointing. Some decorative elements were added to the tables even though we had specifically discussed a few days before the event that we did not want those elements included. Despite these issues, the venue itself was absolutely stunning, and Ricardo was truly exceptional. His hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in our experience. I just hope the venue takes the other feedback seriously, as improving communication and staff training would make an already beautiful venue an even better experience for future couples.

I will start this review off by saying…read morethat I photograph weddings, so having a gorgeous scenic spot to marry my boyfriend/fiancé of 11 years was the #1 on our list and The Pond (+ the overcast weather haha) DELIVERED. And the #2 thing on the list was having a variety of backdrops to photograph against which we also found here no question. We first toured The Pond and met with Bonnie (the owner) back in September 2022. We had already toured 5 other venues and this ended up being our second to last tour and last day of touring. The second I stepped on the premise I knew we had found our place. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, breathtaking, and well taken care of. The pond is also full of bright koi fish and other cute little friends like ducks walk around. I felt like we were already late in booking a 2023 date, but to our luck they had May 5, 2023 open which was also 11th anniversary! Easy and done. This hidden gem venue has charm and is the most unique and scenic venue I've ever been to. The main selling points for us in addition to the views were: 1. Full Bridal and Groom houses to relax and get ready in. We each had 8 bridesmaids and groomsmen + our family so it was very important to us that we could find a place that could accommodate our large party to get ready in. They also have separate parking for the wedding party right next to the Bridal/Groom houses and another larger parking lot for guests which is also free for them 2. Fun and unique areas for all of our guests to spread out and explore. Including the gazebo overlooking the pond, fire pit (for s'mores), and cove underneath the gazebo to experience a waterfall. There was also a ton of space for all our vendors to set up including a Boba Table and Photobooth 3. Affordable price that included 1 hour rehearsal the day before, 10 hours on the premise for the wedding, and our package also included the DJ and Bartender team. This was great because those vendors are already used to working with Bonnie's team and DJ Richie killed our lighting throughout the venue as well! They also set up heat lamps for us when it got colder at night 4. DIY everything! I have been looking forward to planning my wedding my whole life and had a lot of decoration and vendor ideas. Bonnie and our Coordinator team (YourDayYourWay) helped make all our ideas and plans come to life and were gracious about accommodating everything we asked for including keeping the sails down in the ceremony space for our photos, letting us do special cups for boba, and letting us choose our catering (5 Elementos Food Truck). The whole event was 100% customized by us and this was so cool since I know a lot of venues have strict rules they never bend. And for anyone who may be deterred reading this because they don't want to DIY everything, I promise the venue still looks great just as it is even without all the extra stuff. Seriously! 5. They allow sparkler exits! Not many venues in CA allow this and I was stoked they had the perfect spot for it If you happen to stumble upon my review and are wondering if you should book The Pond for your next event/wedding, just do it! :D
