It is now October, and I cannot contact them, their voice mailbox is full. If you are concerned about possible damage to your move, or ever being paid for damages of any sort, do not consider this company. But damages do happen, sometimes major. You will never get paid for repairs. I am disappointed with this company.

I later learned he was a "loaner" who didn't even work for the company, and that he did poor work all day. -They were hired to help PACK the house, which I was fine paying for. The workers brought NO packing materials and instead just tossed stuff haphazardly into whatever container they could find. When they ran out of the boxes we had provided, instead of asking me to go get more (I was working in my vehicle the entire day), they simply threw things into the back of their truck loose. Two days later we're still finding shattered pieces of our property due to, for example, reams of printer paper being thrown on top of china. -Speaking of dishes, they didn't even pack everything. There were a few items I asked them to leave once I realized they were being idiots with our stuff, but we also discovered they didn't even open the kitchen cabinets, so we have to go back and move most of the kitchen ourselves. If the house closing had not already been moved, we'd have to move it just to finish the job we paid for. -After the truck left the old house I found the ground littered with cigarette butts. It turned out they had been smoking all day right next to the OPEN DOOR of the house. All our stuff reeks of cigarette smoke. Whatever does not err out is now ruined. All told it took them two days to move a three-bedroom home and it's not even moved. We've lost many of my wife's nice things to straight-up malicious incompetence. The owner did take responsibility and accepted a reduced bill, but the more we try to undo the mess, the worse even that settled bill looks. Stay far, far away.

BREACH OF CONTRACT AND TERRIBLE SERVICE First, We got this…read morestorage locker inside the facility and were ensured we could access it every day Monday through Friday between given time frames. Since purchasing the unit, we have been unable to access our unit because we were unaware that the employees take hour breaks and lock the facility. This was NOT in our contract and has thoroughly inconvenienced us, given that it is closed during the only times we are able to access them. We are sure this is also an inconvenience for others. Secondly, the service was unacceptable. The staff is rude and fails to inform us of hidden fees associated with the unit. We asked multiple times to verify the price of the unit and we were not told about the MANDATORY hidden fees until we were signing the forms. Finally, I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were take advantage of and will not be using this service ever again in the area.
