Very responsive for an attorney's office. Did not conduct business with them because they declined the nature of our claim. This is the trouble with 2023 attorneys, and frankly from eras past, that they want to specialize in one area. Thus, that leaves many of us wasting a lot of time. trying to find somebody trustworthy. Absolutely despicable customer service treatment they don't know what they're doing. They lie to the clients they say that they're there for the people when in fact, they're there for their profit and nothing else. They only take cases that don't know that they'll win so there is not there for the small, helpless people, and only go after the Giants. They're only there to feed a giant; themselves and to boost their own ego. I've contacted them several times, and have been lied to disrespected, demeans, misled and have had hours of my time wasted. They claim to be the largest law firm in the universe, and they've handled other claims of discrimination, but they refused to handle mine, which is potentially one of the largest cases of discrimination against a local municipality that could potentially yield millions hundreds of millions of dollars in compensation, under punitive damages under the fair housing act. Update: just received a reply from the firm. I've shared my feedback directly with the office manager before, and it just went in one ear and out the other. Typical diplomatic responses. The office staff intentionally misled me and extracted all kinds of information from me and New already what the case was about and wasted several hours of my time, to only be told we can't help you this happened multiple times. I don't recall the exact details, but I have very detailed notes and emails of the interactions, and they were always were abhorrent. And as a matter of fact, they do handle discrimination law because they handled Richard Adams, the former human relations Director for the city of Deltona, where they got a settlement of $150,000 related to employment, discrimination, a.k.a. Title I of the ADA. These laws are very similar to the fair, housing act laws, and any lawyer, with a grain of salt, especially in "the largest firm in the universe", and/or should have access to hiring or consulting worth or coat counseling with another attorney, who has extensive experience and/or knowledge with the fair housing act. There is both the federal state and county, civil rights act and fair housing act. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.. Whoever reached out to me if you think that I'm going to reach out to you again only to have my disabilities exacerbated because of the incompetency, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and abuse by your staff it's not gonna happen. You may reach out to me if and when you're ready to accept responsibility and accountability for your actions and omissions, and that you're willing to take on my case of discrimination under the ADA and the FHA which offers punitive damages, as well as my civil rights violation, including due process, excessive fines, and lack of equal protection. Richard Adams was carbon copied on several of my issues near the end of the five years of abuse when I discovered that under the city policies that the HR Director is responsible for advising every person and department of its obligations, or their obligations under the aforementioned acts, and to be involved in all requests for accommodations and/or grievances. Mr. Adams ignored all of my carbon copied emails. I don't know why. But now that he was discriminated against, and he is no longer with the city perhaps you could confer with an depose Mr. Adams as to why he may have been ordered or directed not to engage with me, and whether or not, he agreed with my position and the cities, unlawful acts and/or omissions, resulting in discrimination and unequal access to all of the city services, programs, activities, policies, and/or ordinances and the cities unlawful handling of my requests and/or grievances. RUN FAR FROM THEM. Update 2: Still no follow up from them. Zero integrity and sincerity. They just want to put on a facade publicly as if they care. Call me and follow my requests as to when and how to call me. As a matter of fact I don't want Ashley to call me, have John Morgan call me like he alleges he did with another client in his advertising. read more

I did have a very pleasant experience with Morgan and Morgan. Alexa in Deland Fl. was my "go to person" during the process who responded promptly to every question and email I ever sent. Cases do not settle overnight. Be realistic, be patient, be kind and establish a good rapport with your team. I would definitely call them again if needed. No doubt about it. read more

If you need to SPEAK to an attorney, this is NOT the place for you!! My family and I had suffered great loss of a loved one...so I called Morgan and Morgan due to their absolute flooding the media with how much they are "for the people". I poured my heart out to four different people (I cried, I trembled,I labored for breath) only to be told by each that they are information gatherers, and an attorney would contact me within 2 days. I waited for over a week, thinking they were evaluating our case, so I called them with my reference number to get an update. The young man on the phone put me on hold, and soon came back and said "yours is one of the cases we are not able to handle at this time". He gave me the phone number for the Fla. Bar Association, and said "We're sorry about that" when I said "A call back from your office would have been appropriate". My advice is, find a firm who REALLY cares about people. read more
