Had a question i submitted. Ive spent at least an hour in the phone. 7 calls. Havent been able to answer my question about doctor paperwork. Today they called... to answer my question.. I answered. He said he needed to transfer me to a case manager. Why not just have them call. What a waste of time. The case manager picked uo and didnt know who I was, didnt have my claim info in front of them. When u do get all my info fir them, they say they cant answer my question because they are not a licensed attorney. I get attorneys time is valuable so keep them off the phones as much as practical. The attorney did not win my case, I WON MY CASE.Even my attorney confirmed it. I called her after they got her money as I had a couple of questions I was hoping she could answer and she wouldn't return my calls! Then, I called Morgan and Morgan for 2 additional cases that they did not ant to take, one case they refused, I later learned they had taken a very similar case before. I was very disappointed with my experience with Morgan and Morgan. I was in a car accident and contacted them to handle my case. It seemed as though there was really no communication and could never get in touch with any one when i needed to. I walked away with next to nothing from my case. They requested to go to litigation almost instantly without even trying to come to an agreement. When I said I did not really want to go to litigation I was pretty much talked into it, I did not feel as though they tried hard enough to come to an agreement without the litigation. As soon as I signed for litigation they had a settlement of 20k, that was a red flag because I really feel like they did not have to even take it to litigation. Then came the medical bills, it was as if they did not even attempt to get them lowered. I ended up paying 9k in medical bills( I don't even think this was accurate because it should not have been this much), Morgan and Morgan walked away with 8k, and i ended up with about 3k. This makes absolutely no sense to me at all. They also held back 200.00 saying it was in case they had any bills come in that were not there already, and of course after the 90 days period it still took forever to get that money back and of course I did not get the full 200 back, but we already knew they were going to take something out of that as well! The attorneys they have working for them do not give it their all and will try to go to litigation instantly so they can get the higher fees. Not to mention they are never on the same page with each other, I would have one person tell me one thing and the next person tell me something else. I had to make a complaint three times to even get them to call me back when I had questions. I can promise you that I will never use this company again I do not feel like they are for the people at all, all they are concerned about is what they will be getting in compensation. Yesterday, I received a call and had to explain my husband's passing three times because I kept getting transferred. The last person hung up on me. I am waiting to recieved my settlement check and I would call to ask for an update but would be ghosted or have my voicemails not returned even when marking them urgent. If i had the choice, I probably wouldve choose a different law firm because i dont like not being updated at all. I would even accept an email at this point. I am still waiting as of this day.. I got a work injury 10 days before my wedding (still got married on the day planned just had to wear a boot for my leg and unfortunately couldnt stand long due to a herniated disk in my lower back) and hired morgan and morgan after a year of trying to fight on my own to get any help. My lawyer was easy to work with and handled everything mostly. There were times i couldnt answer her call and we communicated through email due to me having to work night shifts and attend school during the day. Eventually, i ended up settling my case around valentine's day of 2024. Because i work around 2 other peoples' work schedules, I dont have the freedom to go to the office. I try calling my lawyer who worked on my case and the office to know when I would have to come in to pick up my settlement check, but i would either be sent to voicemail or no one would return my calls. I dont mind the wait, I just hate being ghosted and not given an update or time frame to expect after we passed the initial time frame. I am even willing to accept an email just stating "hey its taken a little longer than expected and we currently dont have an estimated time frame, but we will keep in touch at least once a week to give you an update". I had put a review up here and they complained and I received an email from yelp saying it needed to be based on my own experience with this company. SO here I am Again re-Reviewing this company. These lawyers are out for themselves. I hired them on behalf of my minor child, 2019-2020, who had a slip and fall resulting in a traumatic head injury, which he is Still in treatment for today. They not only tried to talk me into a lower settlement, They held part back claiming 'it's for future bills" and anything not spent on bills would be returned after 60 days. It was never returned and after 3 months I called to inquire and told what had been Hundreds of dollars owed to my child was now only $78, which STILL has never been sent to my child. Also when they said the sent the original settlement check, it never came and they had to send it out 3 different times, or so they say. I finally got it when the FedExed it. I sure they charged my child for that too. The attorney was NEVER available to answer questions, but he was able to call me from his wife's phone when I posted a complaint here originally!! A woman slips in the grocery store and the next day, she contacts them and what do you know, they got her 4 times the amount the store offered her! Well my story wasn't quite a exciting. I fell, broke my hip, was taken by ambulance to the worst ever hospital and head surgery that evening. New to the area, so had no idea to stay clear of the place. Long story, 6 months later, still no walking, woke to no feeling in both legs or feet, no answers to why these symptoms either... Basically I'm bed bound. So I gave them a call one day, had to go through my whole story and waiting over a month to see what they would do as far as helping me,, Well, I was given a generic letter, they wouldn't be helping me...
