Absolutely stay away from them. I specifically hired them for a bogus speeding ticket I got, wanting to get the fine thrown out. The ticket was itself too expensive, and unfair, so I after looking around online this place was recommended. They are expensive but would have been cheaper than paying the ticket. 2 1/2 months later the only communication I ever got from them was when I personally called to get a check in. Finally the results are that the points were dropped, something you can removed for free with a course online. But the fine wasn't dropped. I contacted and they refused to refund. So all in all they made the situation WORSE by adding to the fine. Stay away from predatory places like this. read more

Absolutely Terrible - Don't Waste Your Money This is my honest experience, and I'm sharing it so nobody else has to deal with what I went through. Ticket Doctor was a complete disaster from the first phone call. The representative and the secretary had no idea what they were talking about. They couldn't even explain something as basic as a red-light camera ticket on a company car -- which does NOT add points to your license, even if it goes to court. Instead of giving real information, they made it sound like I'd get points just to push me into hiring them. Once I realized they didn't understand the law, I tried to cancel. That turned into another headache. I was told I couldn't get a refund because I had already paid, and they insisted the clerk's office wouldn't let me pay the ticket and cancel the court date -- which simply isn't true. Then a lawyer named Aubrey G. left me a message with a callback number that didn't even work. I spent almost an hour calling the Florida office, and they couldn't find the ticket, the payment, OR Aubrey. Nothing. Only when I said I might have to report the charge to my bank did I suddenly get put on hold -- and magically Aubrey appeared on the line. Even after all that, she told me there would be no refund because she had already set a court date, even though I had already told them to cancel everything. So not only was I given wrong information, but I was stuck paying for a service I didn't want because of their mistakes. In my opinion, this place has zero professionalism, zero knowledge, and zero transparency. Do NOT waste your money here. Most tickets -- including red-light camera ones -- can be handled without points if you just show up and fight them yourself. If you hire anyone, hire literally anyone else. I hired the Ticket Clinic in Orlando to deal with my son's first speeding ticket. They told me that "As part of your sentence, the court has ordered you to complete the eight (8) hour Teen Driver's Course (FSA)." which he did, and I paid the $134 court costs (in addition to the $$$ to the Ticket Clinic). I thought we were finished, but received a notice of supsension from the FLHSMV because they said he was supposed to COMPLETE A 12 HOUR COURSE. So now my son, who already did the 8 hour course will also have to do the 12 hour course because somebody at the Ticket Clinic got it wrong. I would not have expected a mistake like this from a company who deals with these types of tickets everyday. Will not hire again. read more

Drove to Disney and FHP had a speed trap set up in St. Lucie County. They got me. On the way back the trap was still there - and they got me again! The second officer asked for my registration and insurance, and it took me a minute to find it while he went back to his car. I found them and showed him when he came back, and he had already written the tickets and refused to "unwrite" them even though I was holding them in my hand. Very good service. they are determined. They actually went to 6 court dates to get this done. A case of turning into traffic we decided to fight because it didn't happen as the officer described. 6 times the officer was not ready or did not show for the court dates. (Very unusually for a continuance in that circumstance). But they stuck with it and got the case dismissed. Kept us informed all along the way. A long process, but ended in the judgement we were looking for. So you can fight city hall after all. The price was more than fair considering the time they put in to get it done, and just a tiny bit more than if we had just paid the fine and costs. Very happy. read more

For RED light ticket DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE. There is numerous case law to go and fight this corruption of the government. They charged me the fee at front and a week later called me to advice me to pay $121 to close the case, they had no desire to go and litigate this case. So I need to say one thing. I normally don't write reviews or comments, but I believe I need to give this HUGH shoutout to the lawyers and business. So back in March I received a speeding ticket from FHP. I believe it was a speed trip just due to the fact that the officer was sitting a mile from the off ramp from the 417 at the Airport exit where the speed goes from 70 MPH to 45 MPH. So after being pulled over, the officer comes back with my information and give me a ticket for doing 54 in a 45, But my actually speed was 71MPH and wrote that in the comment of the ticket( It been over 10 years since I received a traffic ticket). I believe he was giving me a break which I greatly appreciate it on his half. And normally I would of just paid the fine. But with my job, I drive and would not like to have any record or points on my license. So after doing some research. I found The Ticket Clinic. And after read some of the good reviews and some of the bad reviews. I figured I'll give them a chance. The way I look at it is, I can pay them to fight the ticket on my behalf or pay the fine and get the point on my license, so I made the best choice and had The Ticket Clinic fight on my behalf. When I ask pointed questions I get blocked. Not the first time. Maybe there was a reason. Too bad; I liked them and used them several times and had even recommended them as a great value. Probably not anymore. Maybe they'll be able to explain how the Brevard court disposition got scrambled and the instructions received from the TC lawyer -- being wrong -- resulted in my license being ordered to be suspended by FL MDV. I was able to hire counsel -- and make a friend -- in order to have the suspension delayed for a week. IF YOU USE THEM BE SURE TO SEE THE DISPOSITION FROM THE COURT itself, not just their letter. I may retract this after the TC makes me whole. BTW, the staff was always lovely and efficient. It must be something in the system; one source told me that this has been happening more often. Very little communication all the way around. I showed up to court and when the only attorney there didn't call my name, I talked to the bailiff, he took my paperwork I brought showing I was being represented by an attorney from The Ticket Clinic. The attorney there calling names (not the one listed on my paperwork, she was appearing on his behalf) missed my name but thankfully had me on the list and she tells me I didn't need to be there (would've been nice to know before I took time off work. Also concerns me since she didn't call my name, so glad I was there to speak up). I left once she spoke to me about my goal for hiring them was (speeding ticket - I wanted Withhold Judaification or if the officer wasn't there, for it to be thrown out. Which I hadn't seen him in the sea of officers who had shown up). I got an email a week later with my ticket results stating my ticket was dismissed, no points, no charges.
